Property was in a very convenient location, parking facilities were helpful and staff were a delight. The rooms were small but what you'd expect, no trouble with the facilities and a comfortable bed.

Clean room, friendly staff and breakfast was excellent. Room was bit smaller than we expected but its totally worth the money overall. Make sure to take bus 4 right opposite to Lucern station and the bus stops at the doorstep of ibis.

Good breakfast, The only thing is when we arrived early, they can't take our luggage first and we had to end up taking the bus back to the train station to use the storage there and paid for the it. This is the only thing that I don't like it and we are not happy about this. All the hotels will take the luggage first when their room are not ready. This is they really have to accommodate their customers.

In Lucerne, this is the best hotel to stay in for the price. The rooms are small, but transportation is convenient and the staff are friendly.
