The hotel is newly refurbished and has an original design that resembles a boutique hotel. Very nice, smiling, and courteous service. Amazing rooftop bar with professional and friendly service available. A facility such as an electric bicycle is incredibly convenient for exploring zurich. Thank you!.

We spent a few days here and explored zurich. This hotel is in an ideal location with sweeping views of the lake directly across the street. Perfect for strolling along the water and visiting the gelato shop. Delicious! Restaurants and shops are also within walking distance. I just adored the architecture as we walked around. Oh, and dont forget to check out the bridge with lover locks secured across it all along its railings. We were unaware of this fun, romantic location, so we didnt bring idly share my lock. When you visit, definitely bring your own! The hotel staff was exceptional! They were all willing to help and making suggestions. They made it simple. And they were very nice! Particularly the bellman and concierge front desk staff.

One of the best hotels in switzerland. The rooms are spotless and quite cozy, and the location is excellent. Excellent food and drink quality is also present. Breakfast, which includes a buffet, is the only thing that needs improvement. Highly recommended.

The property is welldesigned and sophisticated. And then, the employees were very attentive and helpful, they also accommodated all our requests. After that, this place has a unique atmosphere with semblance of specialness. Subsequently, their service was very personal.

Overall, i had a great time. The service was excellent and very polite. However, the rooms were quite small, and the location is convenient because it faces the lake but is far from restaurants and stores.

Excellent restaurant. The dishes in this restaurant were excellent, especially those related to italy. Our host, clemens, did an excellent job. Based on our preferences and our budget, we were given the option of some special wines. It was excellent. Additionally, the ice cream they serve in front of you is delicious and quite spectacular. We will return.

Not only is this a great hotel but also i love the atmosphere of the bar, especially during the summer months on the outdoor terrace. The staff are very friendly.

What a fantastic location! The restaurant has upscale and refreshing atmosphere, and the food is outstanding. There arent many Michelin restaurants that offer great music and dont overflow you with snobby treatment. For vegetarians, there are plenty of options on the menu for those who enjoy meat and fish, as well as for people who are vegetarian. Each dish is delicious and beautifully prepared! Although they are professional, the servers are amiable and supportive.

We adored everything about this lovely hotel. The cuisine, the view, and the dinner at la muna were all excellent. Our accommodation had a lakeside view that was stunning. We want to express our gratitude to the housekeeper who handed over my watch to me. Alex Sanchi went above and beyond to obtain my time and set up i for securing etiquette and setting up an individual driver to deliver it to him in interlaken 2.5 hours away. Wow. Totally unexpected and much appreciated.

The room was luxurious and warm with a great view over the lake. The staff are very friendly and attentive. My wife and i stayed for ten nights and highly recommend the hotel. We will definitely be back.

La reserve Eden au lac, Zurich A very exclusive and wellappointed restaurant. Make an appointment and reserve a table in advance. As you enter the place, the hostess will graciously take your coat and hang it in the cloak room. Our server was amiable young man who spoke english fluently. It is so helpful to be able to converse and order our meal. The food we ordered was varied, and each dish was prepared to perfection. And the plating of each item was exquisite. I enjoyed the lamb shoulder. Moistured and tender.

The restaurant is fantastic! The food is delicious, the quality is truly excellent, and the service is friendly. The hotel is conveniently close to the train station of Stadelhofen, which is also very close by the main station in zurich. It offers a breathtaking view of the lake. Since it is rated as deluxe, contemporary, or stylish inside, this hotel has incredibly luxurious interiors. Without denying, i would return!.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. The service was excellent, and all the staff at both the hotels and restaurants were friendly and professional. Although small, the rooms are welldesigned. In the room where we slept, there was a water sprinkler in the toilet, which was an excellent addition because we were prepared to bring it with us. Its quiet and conveniently located near the center. We particularly enjoyed the lake view, as it was truly divine.

I went there to eat dinner. I tried to order custom cocktails while waiting for our table and tried the bar. The result was happy because i only gave abstract indications. That evening, the waiter did a fantastic job. Someone picked me up to the japaneseperuvian restaurant called la muna. When the table was ready, someone picked it up for me. Although the dining room is small, we quickly felt at ease, which allows the staff to respond quickly. Both the cuisine and the service were excellent. We had the opportunity to go on the terrace to watch the sunset while enjoying an amazing view of the lake and mountains.

We heartily endorse this wonderful hotel. Our time at la reserve Eden au lac in Zurich was fantastic. Everything was exceptional from beginning to end, including the accommodations, breakfast, location, and staff. Very prestigious hotel in a great location (opposite the lake and within walking distance of the old town).

I can only recommend it! The cuisine is excellent and the atmosphere is fantastic. I didnt realize they had brunch on saturday, but i was not let down. Had a delectable burger and dessert with sicilian mango.
