Excellent hotel with kind, welcoming personnel that welcomes you and is quite knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast and accommodation were excellent. There is a parking space that is a choice, one that is small and bright. There are numerous bike trails close by, and the hotel has a room for bike storage. I cannot express how much I like this place, it is strongly suggested.

The breakfast was a nice start to the day. The room size was small. The location is close to a ski school, stores, and restaurants.

This hotel is in the center of the city with a good location for golf and dining. This hotel has a modern and bright room, and the personnel is very kind and helpful, in addition to having a good breakfast. And there is a parking area in the room.

Being so new, I was not sure what to anticipate from this location, but when I did I was so happy. Clean, tidy, spotless, and light, and spacious. The staff was incredibly kind and supportive. I stayed in a peaceful room with attractive curtains and powerful wifi. I didn't want to leave because the bed was so cozy. However, I had to go because I didn't want to miss out on the great breakfast, which is also excellent. The hotel's wifi is fast, making it ideal for work. There are amenities such as spar and other restaurants nearby. It's right in the heart of the city. They even had a power converter, which was wonderful. Would wholeheartedly suggest this location.

I had a great time here. The hotel is genuinely new, the rooms are not necessarily the biggest but definitely sufficiently large and clean, which is even more important to me. The staff is extremely friendly and even offered me vegan breakfast options. The wifi is fast and works everywhere in the hotel and even in the parking lot. It is in the middle of Lenzerheide, with many different restaurants and a spar supermarket around the corner.
