It's a good bed and breakfast. This is an old property, but well maintained! I enjoyed our stay, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. In front of the hotel, there is a lake. We went for some morning walks. Breakfast was average with no hot meals. The owner also has a restaurant below the hotel. The food is very tasty, and I advise going there for dinner or lunch during your stay. The location is perfect because it is close to interlaced and laverne. That was our highlight during our stay. Their ice cream treats are just amazing, let's talk about the value of staying. The bedrooms have thin walls so we can hear other rooms noise. The price of the room is also quite expensive as they are not that fancy and no hot breakfast. Anyway, you are in Switzerland and everything is pricey.

The room we stayed in was completely new and had so much better taste because of the friendliness of the staff there who really cares about us. They served very good food. However, the location is not in the city center and you have to plan the walk time as it's not busy.

We stopped by for lunch and we only took it away because of the pandemic but they were quite sweet and friendly. The food is great. I highly recommend the lakeside fried fish. There is a hotel too. It would have been nice too.

We stopped by due to a lot of upcoming traffic in the Laverne area and we were not disappointed. They serve various meat, vegetarian, and fish menus from local lakes. The delle filets were excellent as was the hors délicacie plate with various delectable dishes. The view is good, although there is a lot of traffic from cars and trains directly in front of the restaurant.

We stayed here for a week on business. Heidi the owner was very friendly and made you feel at home. Stunning lake view and mountains view. Nice place!
