The hotel is clean and 5 stars overall. We had an amazing experience - the location is perfect, just steps from the city center and the gondola. Perfect for a family of 5 cosy and comfortable. Sylvie is incredibly helpful with all our travel questions.

We only stayed here for one night and i wish we could have remained longer because the town was so nice and the hotel was great. In preparation for the winter season, the motel was closed for seven weeks. The staff was very kind. We were very pleased with the breakfast, rooms, and saunas. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train and gondola stations. I am very satisfied with the room where the matterhorn can be seen clearly. The breakfast had a lot of variety and everything was delicious. There was no water provided in the rooms, but there was free springlike water near to the Japanese bridge.

The experience of staying at this hotel was truly delightful, a truly unique experience that felt like home. The restaurants offered countless delicious options and varying wine selections, as well as ensuring i had stayed in pristine condition throughout my stay. I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who contributed to the exceptional experience, and im sure ill never forget your kindness. It was incredibly special for me because it was such cherished. If you dont have vistas of the Matterhorn from your balcony, the breakfast restaurant will, however, offer dazzling views to its peak if you arent getting one from inside your room. Thomas and Livia, in particular, went above and beyond to assist me with arranging shipments for packages that were meant to be delivered to our hotel. My package didnt arrive before my departure, so they worked to get me to an open time at the post office to look for them. Unfortunately, it hadnt arrived, but by that day, when Thomas called to let me know the package had arrived and send it straight to my next Swiss destination without any additional charge, she hadn't yet arrived.

This is one of my top three favorite hotels ive ever stayed at. We booked a package for two straight on their website and were lucky enough to be upgraded to an even nicer suite than the one we booked. If you can splurge on tasty or glamping, highly recommend it. The location is perfect, zermatt station and ggb station are only 3.5 minutes walk away, as is the local free bus station. It is great for getting around town or going to matterhorn glacier paradise. There is also an electric car service that you may arrange to pick you up from the train or drop you off if you dont want to walk with luggage or in bad weather. Although it is surrounded by major roads, it remains peaceful and quiet. Excellent service was provided by lily, who took the time to explain and show us all the amenities when we checked in as well as some sightseeing and cafe recommendations. Staff members were friendly and did idly. Fresh and delicious breakfast is provided, and the staff is available to assist you in ordering coffee or an omelet. I adored the hash browns, fresh fruit, orange juice, etc. Breakfast and dining area also have breathtaking views. Dinner was excellent, which included

The room is quite pleasant, and the sofa can be used as a single bed for children, offering utmost convenience. Additionally, the room offers sweeping views of the Matterhorn from its interior design. Room cleaning practices are highly proactive, ensuring optimum cleanliness throughout the stay.

I have stayed in many hotels in zermatt, but le mirabeau is unquestionably the best. Excellent staff, friendly greeting, very comfortable rooms, and delicious dining. I couldnt find anything wrong with the hotel. Will be back!.

This is not a 4star resort, but i think this one is 5 stars! The staff, the food, and the spa were all excellent. Thomas, who is the resort manager, was outstanding. Once again, thank you for letting us have savoring our vacation, we will definitely be back in the summer!.

During our twonight stay, we encountered the proprietor on several occasions. She was incredibly helpful and kind. I only learned that she was the owner when i later became aware of her. The location, service, and food were all excellent. Although some parts of the hotel are outdated, ill admit to making a difference. More than made up for it by the exceptional service. While attempting to save about $60,00, my stay there was not sacrificed. This hotels personnel have great respect for me. When ive observed them handle countless visitors who believed it was their responsibility to plan their vacation, im unable to imagine dealing with them around the clock. With kindness and patience, the staff handled it. Fivestar customer service and congratulations to the owners on completing sacrificial job. One day, well return.

The rooms are very clean, comfortable and charming with balconies overlooking the mountains. Breakfast is absolutely delicious with a variety of hot and cold dishes. But the best feature is the kind, helpful and friendly staff. Everyone greets you with smiles. You are just steps from main street and i have walked to tavern grocery store for any food or drink needs. Thomas, the manager, is to be appreciative of the lovely welcome. Thank you for reliving my stay in zermatt.

This is not a 4star resort, but merely 5.5 stars! The resort manager, tom, greeted us and personally showed us to our room. The spa, food, service, location, and location were all excellent. Our massages were exceptional. They called and made us the finest at Zermatterstubli when we needed fondue reservations on october night. In the summer, well definitely return!.

The spa is also excellent. The beds are cozy, and they almost always clean your room. I was hoping for a larger selection of food during breakfast, but it was good. Everything was fine and alright, therefore i give it an 8 star rating.

The hotel is absolutely amazing, with outstanding staff, management, food, facilities, and location (close to train station and ski lift). The breakfast is also excellent, especially for the dining experience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting zermatt.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were friendly and customerfocused, they served a varied breakfast and impeccable cleaning service. After completing countless hikes, we were able to relax in the sauna, so everything is there so that even if its merely twilight in summer can be enjoyed properly. It was conveniently located, just 3 minutes from the train station, and it was well soundproofed. We had no problems sleeping and resting, plus we could enjoy the fairytale scenery on the terrace. Well come back. Thank you for the pleasent stay!.

The rooms are spacious and modern, with a view of the Matterhorn. Great food available deli and main restaurant. Good location for hiking and skiing. A great experience at the mirabeau. The owners are very friendly and present with guests.

The hotel is owned by a family and boasts chic rooms and, in many cases, stunning views from the rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and the outdoor shower, and all of the staff members were extremely accommodating and friendly. Our next visit will be back!.
