The front desk lady is very polite and good. The room also looks very good, but i give it a lower rating because only the washroom. Toilet flush didnt work.

Excellent service from the staff at Hilfsbereich. The rooms are clean, free of bugs, no stains, and no smell. Good quality standards. Parking is good. Warm rooms. Kuvhe is a wonderful magician. Bed is fine. Perfect for backpackers.

The kitchen is adequate for my travels. The room is fine, however, my bed was covered in bedbugs and i cant complain to anyone because there is no receptionist.

The location is decent, with a spacious bedroom, sanitary bed linens, and utensils. The shower didnt drain well, which was the only issue we encountered, as well as flooded toilets. Linda was incredibly kind and responsive. She was so helpful that she allowed us to store our luggage after we checked out.
