Our room was so nice! Large and updated, with a view of the mountains. Don’t judge the hotel by the older lobby, it is a great place to stay in an excellent location. We walked with our luggage to and from the train station in 10min

It was a great time and stay at Luzerne. The breakfast was good. The staff were nice. Check in was easy and smooth. The elevator wasn't working when I got there and had to walk the stairs to the 6th floor. They fixed the elevator shortlt after.

La atención fue regular. Las habitaciones no cuentan con A/C y la temperatura estaba alta El hotel estaba en proceso de mejoras por lo que la estadía fue un poco incómoda. La ducha es muy pequeña
