Although there isnt a restaurant on site, there are plenty of eateries within walking distance. Excellent breakfast buffet featuring eggs, bacon, sausages, dozens of breads and cheeses available, salmon, yogurt, and fruit.

We have made another reservation for the summer. Everything you could want in a boutique hotel! Excellent facilities, personnel, and room. Our first stay during the winter was this time, it was our second.

What a hotel and view. The personnel were incredibly helpful and kind. A delicious breakfast. It is close to the glacier cable car. Excellent stay. Matterhorn views are breathtaking. You feel at ease when you receive savoring elixir, which makes you feel right at home.

This is an excellent hotel! The staff was incredibly kind and considerate. After a tiring journey, it was very pleasant that they checked me in fewer hours than anticipated. The hotel boasts the most stunning balcony and vista, being conveniently located near the ski lift. Breakfast was generous and delectable. Fruits were also provided for free. Additionally, the pool was fantastic!.

Best hotel in zermatt for me! We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. The view of the Matterhorn from our terrace is perfect and amazing! Thank you for the very nice, friendly, and attentive staff. Special thanks to moon who made us feel very comfortable from the moment we checked in at focus. Patricia was patiently teaching us how to try the unforgettable hiking experience she taught us. Very good service and breakfast. Facilities are perfect, rooms are beautiful. Netflix is ok. Right next to the glacier gondola cable express. Dinner options and wc bidet would have been nice. Thankyou so much and very highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

I always feel like i have returned home when ive arrived at the focus each year. The smiles, the smiling faces, and the warm, sincere greeting are always a true tonic. We have been staying here for eleven years, but this never changes. My lovely room with vista of the Matterhorn towering just above me, my excellent breakfast food selection, very close proximity to the major ski lifts without any walking required, tea at 3.00 p. M. Provided by the hotel, staff who are constantly aware of your name and requirements, loyal to their guests. Zermatt is incredibly beautiful village, with an amazing variety of really good restaurants and plenty of helpful advice from reception. With the river below, you can walk into the village without stray far and is quite picturesque. This hotel is wellliked, so my advice is to book very early.

I cant express how highly i recommend this location! Its surreal to see the Matterhorn view from the room! The room is lovely, cozy, roomy, spotless, and has heated flooring, which is ideal for the cold. It is enjoyable to have an outdoor or indoor pool. The staff is helpful and friendly! Although the location is a little out of the way from town center, there is porter service to and from train station. We frequently walked to town because we frequently missed the bus, but zermatt is so stunning that we dont mind walking to get to the town centre for dinner.

For our ski vacation, we stayed at the focus as a family of five, and we were blown away by the staffs friendliness, lovely accommodations, luxurious pools, unduly generous breakfast buffet. We will be back on our next ski holiday.

The hotel is amazing. From the rooms, views, location, breakfast, etc. We will definitely repeat it! Fantastic hotel and customer service! We were there for the second time to participate in the ultraks matterhorn trail run, and Patrizia and Christian were incredibly kind and accommodating of all our needs, adjusting the breakfast time, providing flexibility after checkout, among other things. This is what truly makes a difference.

We had a wonderful time at focus and would definitely stay here again! The hotel is immaculate, tastefully furnished, and in pristine condition. Since we left the train in Zermatt, it has been pure bliss. Our family room was ideal for our family, with secluded 2 single beds for the kids and en suite bedrooms with super comfy beds (loved the down bedding! ), complete with two balconies overlooking the Matterhorn. It was lovely to sit on the terrace with an open beverage while they put our luggage in the room while admiring its view of the mighty Mattern. Breakfast was excellent and varied. After completing countless days of hiking, the heated indoor and outdoor pool is incredibly relaxing. The peak pass can be purchased directly from the hotel, which was quite convenient. While the Gornergrat and sunnegga stations are merely ten minutes walk along the river, you can get the summit pass right there. We enjoyed recollection throughout our vacation because everyone at the motel was so welcoming and accommodating. Focus, thank you!.

Last week, i had the pleasure of staying at the Matterhorn focus for the third time. This modern gem in zermatt is stunning, and the experience exceeded all expectations. Nestled against the majestic backdrop of the matterhorn with breathtaking views of this iconic mountain, this hotel seamlessly blends contemporary luxury with the timeless beauty of its surroundings. From the moment ive stepped into the lobby, the sleek and sophisticated design permeates every corner of it. The minimalist aesthetic combined with warm earth colors creates an atmosphere of understated elegance. Large windows throughout the property provide a constant connection to the outside world, offering breathtaking panoramas of both the mount and surrounding mountains. Modern comfort and style are demonstrated in the rooms atthefocus. Luxury furnishings, luxurious bedding, plush bedding and stateoftheart amenities are included in these spacious accommodations. Visitors can wake up to see the snowcapped mountains and enjoy the sunset casting warm hues over the landscape thanks to their uninterrupted views from the panoramic windows. One of my highlights was the extensive range of amenities that focus offers, whether offering recommendations for local attractions or ensuring streamlined checkin procedures. The hotel was fantastic. Its hard to beat the location and views. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We were greeted with a welcome drink and the staff were helpful throughout our visit. My wife injured her knee before our trip. She asked them for ice to ic her ankle, they even had gel packs frozen and gave one to her. I only complained that the mattress was too firm, but my wife loved it so much, so i guess its all up to you.

The hotel is really lovely. Excellent service. Great breakfast. Wonderful pool. Its a little quieter than the neighborhood near the station, so its on the outside of town. The new gondola support structure, which blocks some of the view of both the Matterhorn from the rooms in the first building, is one drawback. Not at all their fault, but unfortunately. Still despite this, it is incredibly nice and i would stay there again.

The hotel design is quite good and the service is very good. The location is close to a cable car station, making it easy to go up the mountain. There will also be taipei to take you to the train station when you leave. Very nice hotel, good value for money.

The focus hotel exceeded my expectations, it stands out as the best hotel i have ever stayed at. I cant express how much joy ive felt in this place! The view was breathtaking, and the hospitality provided exceptional service. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making my stay truly memorable. Its a delightful room, but its worth noting that the only item on the medium standard was the massage, which was expensive for those feeling cold in the spa area. However, everything else was excellent overall. Highly recommended!.

The room has a view of the night sky area and partial view over the Matterhorn. The hotel is so close to the ski lift that it makes it very easy to get over to it. Great staff who are efficient and friendly. Loved everything.

We had a great time at focus and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit zermatt. The room and bed were very comfortable and provided savoy views of both the mountain and the city from our balcony. Pool and sauna facilities were clean and made it easy to relax after hor long day skiing. Staff were super friendly and helpful. They gave us dozens of restaurant recommendations before our arrival and were always available to answer any questions we had.
