Hotel ini terletak ideal di sisi rel kereta gantung untuk First. Staf yang sangat ramah. Kami memesan junior suite untuk keluarga, memiliki dua kamar yang indah dengan dua lemari besar. Kami juga menikmati balkon. Makan siang dan makan malam berkualitas. Kolam renang kesehatan adalah nilai tambah yang nyata. Kami sangat merekomendasikan hotel ini.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great time. Its conveniently located near main street, dorfstrasse, but far enough away to be shielded from traffic. A 10minute walk to the bus and train station, even less to restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores, and right next to the firstbahn bus stop and the grindelwald first lift. The excellent and free breakfast was a great way to start the day, and you can reserve dinner a night in advance for only $20 chf per person, making it the best dinner deal in town. Drinks on our mountainside balcony while enjoying views of the eiger and shreckhorn was the perfect ending to most of our nights there. Finally, i cant say enough about the staff, especially for Nicole, Carlos and manuel. Day after day, they are warm, friendly, and helpful.

Seluruh tim luar biasa! Kamarnya indah dan luas, pemandangan kami dari kamar sempurna. Kolam renangnya sempurna, kolam yang lebih besar mungkin lebih hangat (menurut saya airnya sangat dingin). Restorannya luar biasa, memberi peringkat 10.000! Saya dengan tulus berterima kasih kepada semua tim, terutama Pak. Manuel. Pelukan erat untuk semua orang! Kami menghabiskan hari-hari indah di hotel ini.

Kami akan kembali ke sini. Hotel bintang 3 yang luar biasa bernilai bintang 4 dengan kolam renang dan spa yang besar. Sarapan yang sangat baik, makan malam yang enak. Tempat tidur yang nyaman. Pemilik dan staf yang menjaga kami.

The hotel is pleasant, albeit a touch pricey. However, the bed was comfortable, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the large swimming pool and sauna were a huge plus after a ski day. The diner is correct, its quite inexpensive but not particularly tasteful. The breakfast is also appropriate. The lobby is pleasant, with a wide variety of games, books, and beverages. The staff were also friendly!.

Lokasinya berada di pusat kota sekitar Firstbahn. Stafnya sangat baik dan sangat akomodatif yang dengan senang hati membantu Anda dengan permintaan apa pun. Im happy here, its easy to get to the train, and the firstbahn is right behind it. The staff is very attentive and hardworking, the pool complex is beautiful, and the food and wine are very good. The only downside was the small towels and the ineffective shampoo in the bathroom, but these are minor complaints. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful holiday every year, and i hope we can come back one day.

This hotel is in a great location with a view and is very close to the train and bus stations about a 10minute walk away. The staff is very friendly. The room is a bit small, but who comes to spend all day in the room while on vacation. The bed is comfortable and the shower is great. This hotel wont disappoint.

We had a mountain view room, which made everything worthwhile. It was absolutely stunning, with either sunny or rainy weather, each time displaying a distinct beauty. We didnt require air conditioning because we were there in September, but if you were visiting during warmer weather, be aware that there is no air conditioning or fan, so you will need to open the door to the balcony or window to avoid mosquitoes and street noise. The rooms were impeccably clean and had comfortable beds, but there was no bar fridge. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a wide variety of foods and beverages. The supper was a 5course meal that changed daily, and we thoroughly enjoyed it, especially considering the affordable price of 30 chf per person and the quality of the meal. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating to all our inquiries. We hiked directly from the hotel to the 'First peak, where we enjoyed a massage and a jacuzzi to aid in our recovery. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience!.

Sangat direkomendasikan. Lokasi sentral (3 menit berjalan kaki dari gondola ke First dan dari pusat desa). Staf yang sangat ramah. Makanan berkualitas sangat baik dan murah. Area kesehatan modern (sauna, kolam renang, pusaran air) modern, bersih dan luas. Tempat parkir yang cukup. Rasio harga atau kinerja sangat bagus. Hanya kamar tidur yang dapat menggunakan beberapa modernisasi.

The location is amazing, and the views are even better. Large clean porches with folding chairs allow for peaceful mountain views from your room. The included breakfast was a surprise plus and it was very good. The restaurant staff were always very friendly and welcoming. The only thing i would advise to future travelers is that there is no mini fridge and the shower heads are quite low. But i wouldnt let that stop you from choosing this wonderful location!.

The hotel staff made me feel special. The room was clean, traditional, and the view from the window was breathtaking! Thank you for your hospitality! Delicious breakfast, local products, a wide variety of cheeses, meat, fish, or vegetables for dinner, and delicious apples waiting for guests. A welcome drink, a goodbye pack of handmade potato chips, and transportation to and from the station make you feel special. Daily printed information about the weather, hours of operation of the mountain railway, attractions in Grindelwald, or excursions suggestions from the crew are great ideas. After an exhausting trek, you can always relax in the sauna, jacuzzi, and pool.

We had a great time while staying here. Every aspect of the hotel staff was incredibly welcoming. We have nothing negative to say. The facilities were tidy and in good working order, and the property was kept up nicely. The balcony was roomy and offered fantastic views. The food and service for breakfast and dinner were excellent. The spa, hot tub, sauna, and pool were all excellent. The pool is enormous and has a fantastic water spout to help you relax your sore neck, shoulder, and back muscles. We could tell right away that every employee we encountered took great pride in their job. Without a doubt, well return here.

Excellent hotel for the money, highly recommended! I like familyrun establishments where people work with love and pleasure and make us feel at home. This is such a place, and the entire hotel staff was welcoming and accommodating. The room was spacious and tidy, and they also organized our belongings every day. A jacuzzi and two saunas are located in the swimming pool, and there is a nice resting area where you can enjoy water and fruits. The breakfast buffet was among the best ive had in switzerland, with a variety of cheese, bread, dried ham, bread, and other items. Also, the coffee maker is good. Dinner with a salad buffet and freshly prepared dishes with three different options on the main menu. The location is rather good, its close to first station and sports shops. There is also a nice bar with free homemade chips. I also liked the decor and history of this place, and i will definitely go back whenever i can.

Bos mengurus semua hal dan menyapa para tamu dengan namanya setelah kunjungan singkat. Perhatian sangat penting di tempat ini.
