The location is perfect. The room is fine, but a little dated and unfortunately some elevators in the garage are not working. Very confusing to get to the garage. The room has a view of the harbor of the ship. Very pretty.

The location of the hotel and view from the room are excellent! Restaurants are no better or worse than most holidays. Almost simple fare all told we had a lovely stay I found a beautiful quiet place to swim in a small garden up the street past beau ravage steps etc, which is suitable for all ages. The lake is beautiful for swimming.

We initially booked Hotel Granzella, but because there were some issues at that hotel, they moved us to a new hotel. Great move, if the room in Girolella was great but this place is closer to the center and right across the street from the ferry.

The good thing about this place is the very convenient location that makes it easy to reach in the airport, ferry, and restaurants. It can be seen from the balcony that the breakfast is tasty, also the cleanliness and comfort are nice and it is available. And then, the personnel at the reception desk were also very friendly and grin and helpful. After that, they also provide a terrace so you can enjoy the view. The only thing is that the wifi didn't work one day.
