We only went there to play tennis. The tennis hall is located in the basement, but unexpectedly large. Rackets in good condition and many balls can be rented at no additional cost at the reception. Its the perfect activity on a rainy day in zermatt.

The facility is satisfactory, and the staff members are friendly and accommodating. However, the room is not particularly opulent. The toilet bin is insufficiently small when your room and toilet are 10 times larger than the bin. This is inadequate for practicality. Additionally, there is slow drainage in the bathing area, which appears to be an outdated design for such a shower area.

What is the most important thing for a hotel when people are choosing exactly? Today in zermatt, my clients and i have reeked of the wonderful hotel resort hotel aleks. From the reception to every corner, from the bar to the room, staff to decorations. They have two restaurants, sanitizer, indoor tennis court, sauna, and pool. As they stated on the website Relaxation for the body and mind at the foot of Matterhorn.

Alex is an amazing full of character experience in zermatt. I have never experienced a resort this full with character, charm, convenience and amenities - i really feel like he has stayed here.

Zermatt is my favorite location in the world, as is hotel alex. We happened to have one of the best rooms with a view and showing the summit of mount cherno. The Matterhorn was illuminated as it slowly rose as we watched on the terrace and breakfast room. It was truly breathtaking and left reverberant impressions during our two nights there. I cant even begin to praise this hotel because everything we experienced was so wonderful and unique. This place is an unusually unique and distinctive gem in zermatten in terms of its atmosphere, decor, and overall orientation. There is onsite seating available in both the dining area and the patio. A jacuzzi and sauna are both included in each cocktails and beverages at the bar near the lobby. My favorite thing to do is step out the balcony and admire the stunning chaletstyle houses adorned with beautiful flowers. You can also take gondola stations shuttles to reach matterhorn glacier paradise, which is only 0.5 minutes walk from the train station, zermatit main street, or merely ten minutes stroll from london. Although there are some minor inconveniences with the hotels design, it does not affect my overall experience. Tiny and only one elevator, but it has the most lovely elevator door ive ever seen so far, made of stained glass, giving off the impression that you are searching for the restroom from where we

This is the best hotel to stay at if you ever visit zermatt. The staff were all very accommodating, the food and bar service was excellent, there were spectacular views from the hotel, and it was centrally located with shops and dining options all within walking distance. Last but not least, you must consider this place unless you need to hold a special dinner event - the wine cellar room is absolutely amazing!.

This hotel is truly remarkable due to its distinctive decor. Each room has its own design, featuring a steel plate throughout. The room is spacious and boasts en suite amenities, complete with vistas of the mountains from its balcony.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic, with the most delicious food at dinner included as part of our meal plan. Every night we were astounded by the delicious dishes that the chefs prepared. The service staff was extremely attentive and patient with our englishspeaking group and needed for some substitution requests. All the rooms i saw as a part from our 47 person group were really beautiful and differed slightly from one another. I stayed in room 314 and could see the top of the Matterhorn. We had two twin beds with incredibly lofty ceilings and gorgeous bathrooms, he had amazingly large sitting area, balcony, and plenty of storage space in the armoire. There are plenty hooks around for hanging winter clothing. A spacious ski locker room is available where you can dry or warm your gloves and boots for the next day and, of course, store your skis. Front desk staff were always available for any and every question. He was absolutely wonderful when ive had the opportunity to speak with her owner and comanager of this hotel several times. Bartending staff is always accessible and very attentive to everyone. If you want to ski, the hotel just steps away from the gornergrat station. And it is directly across from main zermatt station as well.

The location is good. There is a tennis court, squash court and gym inside. The food is delicious. They have facilities and facilities. A beautiful indoor pool with sanitizer and hot tub. Unfortunately, the head waiter was very rude at breakfast and dinner.

This is a classic hotel in the center of zermatt. The food, service and atmosphere are good. However, i feel pushed to the far side from the slopes. When you finish skiing at the end of the day, it can be crowded to get to this hotel. There are taxis and buses available, but with so many people and lines, the fastest way to reach the hotel is by walking for 15 minutes.

The staff were really kind, they really made me feel special. The junior suite was great with a large balcony and separate lounge, view of the matterhorn from the balcony, swimming pool is amazing and usually empty, food looks amazing but tastes better. I cant rate it enough.
