The hotel was amazing right by the lake and we had the most fabulous views of the lake and mountains. The room was very spacious and the temperature was great lovely and cool when coming in from the heat of the day. Very clean and well kept. The bathroom was big with a powerful shower which we loved. Great choice of restaurants/bars within the hotel. The pool was a great experience with jacuzzi changing rooms sauna and steam room. The staff were great so friendly and helpful especially Vincent who looked after our bags when we checked in early as our room was not ready. We explored the area while waiting for our room. The hotel is in a perfect setting. We just had to walk out the back of the hotel and we were right along the walkway by Lake Geneva with the mountains in the background. Plenty of restaurants and bars along the way. We also had free travel within the area with the Montreaux Riviera card given to us from the hotel. We used it for the bus to the Chillon castle and in the opposite direction to visit Vevey. It was so handy and the bus stopped outside the front of the hotel. There’s plenty of shopping too in the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it is very convenient to everything. It was absolutely beautiful. It’s not the cheapest hotel but I think you get what you pay for. Worth it for the views alone we stayed in room 706.

This hotel room was magical! Loved the double doors going to the balcony that overlooked Lake Geneva! Spacious, clean, comfortable, well thought out room that just couldn’t be better! The decor was beautiful and the lobby is just breathtaking! Staff were amazing and treated us very well! The food for breakfast was lovely and the outdoor seating was amazing for breakfast and the bar (which we ate at mostly) We found the food in the main dining room a little expensive (especially with the Canadian exchange rate) but in line with most of Switzerland! The beautiful promenade to Chillon Castle is right off the back patio! We utilized our Montreux Riviera card for the museums and transportation to Vevey which we were very appreciative to have! What a beautiful stay in a beautiful city! Thanks for a wonderful memory!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cet hôtel. Nous avions la suite junior, la terrasse est vraiment spacieuse, la vue sur les Alpes et le lac Léman est à couper le souffle. La literie est très confortable, la chambre, extrêmement propre et agréable ,de même que les couloirs et l’escalier de l’hôtel. La piscine intérieur et le spa (sauna et hamam)avec petite boisson detox offerte à l’entrée permettent un bon moment de détente ! Les petites attentions : chocolats,et rose et chocolats apportés par le service d’étage nous ont fait extrêmement plaisir. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable,la salle est superbe,bcp de choix,boissons chaudes préparées à la demande.Le personnel est attentif et les viennoiseries et autres choses proposées sont de qualité. Parking dans la cour ou sous-terrain à régler en plus,sécurisé,et pratique. Très bel établissement que l’on recommande à 200%, une superbe expérience que nous renouvèlerons avec grand plaisir!

View of the lake is amazing. Location of the hotel is a bit out of town so not a lot you can walk to easily. Right next to the jazz but currently under construction.

Tilbake for andre gang i løpet av kort tid. Perfekt etter noen dager på ski, både for å korte ned reisen til flyplassen og for å nyte de flotte omgivelsene med vakker utsikt over vannet og fjellene i bakgrunnen. Vi slappet av i spa-avdelingen etter gode skidager. Hotellet ligger rett på promenaden langs vannet og nært sentrum med spise muligheter og shopping. Vi nøt oppholdet som en flott avslutning på vår ski-helg. Praktisk med parkering i kjelleren når man ankommer med bilen full av ski-utstyr.

Beim Frühstück, die Frau welche die Zimmernummer notiert und den Tisch zuweist. Ist sehr freudlich aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Spricht mehrere Sprachen und war schon vor 2 Jahren dort und war dort auch schon TOP. Wir gehen wieder in dieses Hotel wenn wir in der Nähe von Montreux sind.

Très bon séjour, personnel très agréable et petit déjeuner copieux et très varié Petit bémol la carte Riviera a été oublié à l arrivée c est à la gare qu on nous en a parlé … Donc nous avons du la demander mais après avoir fait beaucoup de trajet en voiture alors que le bus aurait été gratuit et on a payé plein pot plusieurs activité (Chaplin’s Château Chillon) En contre partie on nous a offert le parking on a vraiment apprécié Cathy Fluck
