Excellent service, very friendly, shout to Chris, Stefan, and all staff were lovely. Received a complimentary upgrade to a fabulous Matterhorn view room. Room was perfect. Breakfast had variety and super fresh. My husband had a massage at the CBD Spa and said it was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay here, perfect location, so close to the train station but we weren’t there to ski so might be a different walk to the cable cars if you’re carrying. The hotel is fab, great pool and spa area, breakfast was lovely and by far the most comfortable room of our whole trip, the team were lovely too

놀랍도록 친절하고 깨끗하고 편안한 호텔입니다. 역에서 나올때 정문 말고 옆문으로 나오면 걸어서 2분도 안걸리는 위치는 환상적입니다. 무조건 zermatt 올때는 여기를 선택하겠습니다.

This place is one of the best places to stay in Zermatt. Honestly, I haven't been treated this well compared to other hotels, the attention to guest is very good and closeness to the station is so convenient. The amenities of this place are so good. The place is very well treated and has the latest trends, lights goes off with a single button, the TV has good broadcast and you cast to the TV, the internet is great! The hotel has a spa (but you need to pay for them be aware, I didn't book but now I regret it), a well equipped and modern gym, a separate room if you want to do yoga and even free classes, and a decent pool. The pool was tiny but it's good enough. The bathroom was so clean and very well equipped, you can expect almost everything that you need and not a simple tube of shampoo/body wash that other expensive hotels cheap out. The staff was very professional and attentive to things that I needed, thanks for a great service. The breakfast buffet has almost everything and a great variety of non-dairy alternatives. Be aware that there are certain menu options that are not included and you will have to pay after you check out. The only nitpicks that I have is that the AC was confusing, I didn't understand what was cold or hot, and I didn't ask the staff about it because I was embarrassed about not figuring out what was going on, but surely they can respond to this message. Also, the balcony didn't have the best views but I was aware of that before booking the room.

This hotel was a top in every way. Gorgeous contemporary decor, large room nicely appointed, great staff, great location. And breakfast the best with even a fresh pan of honey from the beehive ! We truly enjoyed our stay there.

Vælger du Schloss Zermatt hotel får du et meget flot og behageligt ophold. Alt er godt. Oveni købet bliver der gratis serveret kaffe og lækre kager kl. 15.00. Det var en dejlig overraskelse for mig. Welness afdelingen er også dejlig luxus. Der er fri bar af sund the af forskellig slags og kolde drikke med citron og is.+ sunde snacks. Saltterapi rummet er meget stort og de forskellige saunaer ligeså. morgenbuffeen er helt fantastisk. Mange sunde ting at vælge imellem. Her er noget for alles smag. Der er blandt de mangre lækre sager også hjemmelavet oste og pølser fra egnens specialiteter. Jeg vil helt sikkert vælge dette hotel igen hvis jeg kommer til Zermat. Det ligger så tæt på stationen at du kan gå dertil på 5 min. Hele personalegruppen er meget imødekommende og venlige.
