My daughter stayed at the ambassador hotel and raved about the great staff, super nice place and how she would definitely stay here again. Thank you for providing a wonderful stay for my daughter. I hope to be able to stay at this ambassador when i am in Zurich.

The hotel is truly exceptional. The staff is outstanding. We had a great time during our stay here. Our experience was truly delightful. It was surrounded by an amazing view, and we felt extremely well taken care of. Many thanks, ambassador hotel!.

The hotel has just been renovated in february, and it is a topnotch hotel. Weve been here twice, but both times we enjoy having breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Since some rooms are smaller, we decided to stay in supper, which is roomy and cozy. The staff is very friendly, so we will definitely stay here again.

This place is highly recommended! Fantastic boutique hotel in a prime location near the lake and the old town of Zurich. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet, and recently renovated to incredibly high standards. Beautiful details with handmade chocolates and taverns. Great service.

I stayed here for one night while on business, and it was convenient to anywhere. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs assistance and attention, especially to amy and jasmin, who provided us with excellent service during breakfast, which we were able to enjoy in their lovely restaurant.

The location is far from the center of old town but close enough to access all the sites and facilities. This hotel has recently been renovated, it offers modern conveniences and a great location.

I had a great time during my stay and would love to return. The location is fantastic, right next to the lake Zurich. It was incredibly cozy and pleasant in the room. Dont miss out on the breakfast, it is delectable. Staff members are amiable, helpful, and polite.

The room is beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is friendly. There are nice amenities in the room. Its reasonably close to nearby bus and train stops. Close to the waterfront of zurich. Our room had a delicious breakfast in cafe which was included in our room and definitely gave us hints for our first full day in this place.

The room is immaculate and feels brand new. The pillows were too soft for me, which is the only small complaint. If we stayed a second night, they might have given me something else. Without denying, i heartily suggest this hotel.

I am looking forward to returning soon! It was a delightful experience to enter my exquisite suite, thanks to its flawless design. The bathroom was spot on, the bed felt like ice, and the bedroom had stunning views from two balconies. A charming touch was added by the adorable pillow menu. Its clear that the lodging pays close attention to detail. However, in order to enhance the overall experience, i would recommend enhancing the restaurant service, particularly during breakfast, as my order had gotten haphazard on both days.

This hotel is the ideal fusion of contemporary comforts and classic style. The furnishings and finishes are of high quality. Both the sheets and the towels are extremely soft. Breakfast was decent, and there is a minibar included. My only complaint was that the pillows were simply too soft and didnt provide much support for your neck. Unfortunately, i was unable to connect my phone to the tv to stream something, even though ive tried connecting it to it. Its incredibly useful, but it may not always function. Overall, excellent stay with helpful people.

The breakfast was good and the service was okay. And then, the room was small but great. After that, they served a decent breakfast. Subsequently, even though the hotel is nice, there are lots of traffic noises if you get i get to lower floors.

I cannot express how highly i recommend this hotel! From the checkin process to the bartender to even the maid, everyone has been exceptional! We frequently have wonderful experiences while staying at various hyatts and other affiliated hotels, but this staff was able to stand out. Truly impressed!.

My wife and i stayed here for 3 nights thanks to the hotel points. The location of the hotels is the true star of this show. In addition, the staff were great and gave us a great room with tv overlooking the streets just behind the opera house. Amy took care of us every morning for breakfast. Her service and attitude are truly admirable.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Zurich and look forward to next stay here. A truly 5star experience from beginning to end. In terms of location, it is a 4-5 minute walk from the train station if you are arriving from airport and centrally located to the main part of Zurch (5-10 minute stroll), with lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The included breakfast was absolutely delicious and filling. Rooms are very comfortable, modern and immaculate. I also loved the historical features of the hotel, with each floor describing facets of both the history of Switzerland and the hotels. We made use of its pillow menu and chose different pillows and had dreary nights sleep while we were there. On our last day, we had an early flight and couldnt make it to breakfast, but they were able to arrange for hefty breakfast to go for me and my husband, which was very appreciated!

We will definitely return to zurich and stay here again. This hotel is incredibly elegant and lovely. The service, location, and room itself left my wife and me completely speechless. Its a tiny luxury hotel. Staff are amazing, very, really nice and nice.

This newly renovated gem is conveniently located near excellent restaurants, coffee shops, lake Zurich, and the art museum. From the moment we walked in until we said goodbye, the staff was attentive. Youll love staying here! Each floor has a different country theme.

We stayed in this beautiful hotel as a couple. The location couldnt have been better, it is only i 1 minute walk to the lake. I really like the room itself, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed. Service was great. We will definitely be back.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel that deserves id give it 4.5 stars. The staff are very kind and helpful, they are always willing to help and attentive to guests. A beautiful hotel with tv free of charge in the center of Zurich.
