I will definitely return. Let me begin by saying that I will definitely return. There would not have been a negative evaluation had the hotel been involved in active communication. The only thing happened when I booked a hotel one month before my vacation. When I arrived, the hotel informed me that the hotel was overbooked, and I was directed to the Alpine Hotel. Alpine was a decent hotel, but not in comparison to what I enjoyed. I had to complain first before they offered a solution with an upgrade. Although the upgrade was excellent, I find it disappointing that I had to deal with a passive hotel. A hotel tried to discourage me by proposing a lower-priced hotel. The hotel's staff is exceptionally pleasant and helpful, and the amenities include a sauna, as well as comfortable and well-appointed accommodations. The hotel's breakfast has numerous advantages and is very enjoyable.

We had been with my husband in this wonderful place! Excellent service, perfect cleanliness, and all the hotel employees are extremely friendly! It has a great spa, and the food in their restaurant is delicious. Everything is impeccable! I highly recommend it for any type of trip, with a partner, friends, and family. So worth it. hope to be back next year.

The only minor drawback is the spa, which costs an additional CHF 30 per person and some features include a foot bath, and a bubbly bathtub costs even more on top. I would have given this hotel a star rating if it had been free, but I can really recommend this hotel! To explore Zermatt and the surrounding area, we went to the Grocherhof, and it was a fantastic home base. The greatest part of our visit was dinner! At the Grocherhof, we enjoyed dinner, and the cuisine was delicious. The meat was very tender and flavorful. The rooms are roomy and spotless, but a little outdated. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options. The town is really charming, and Grace is in a lovely setting.

The hotel is in Grace, a small village that is well located to visit Zermatt about 21 kgs and it's beautiful Matterhorn mountain. The hotel is in grace, a small village with a nice and relaxing place. Dinner was good.

We had been with my husband at this amazing place! Excellent service, perfectly clean room, and very friendly hotel staff! It has a beautiful spa and their restaurant is delicious. Everything is impeccable! I strongly recommend it for any type of trip, with a partner, friend, or family. So worth it, hopefully we will be back next year.
