Beautiful historic building in excellent location convenient to the train station. Easy walk to the many popular sites and historic area for shopping and dining. Gorgeous room with all modern amenities. Highly recommend!

I was positively surprised by this hotel. Being a heritage building it was still modern and comfortable inside and in impeccable condition. I got a spacious and bright room in the quiet courtyard. There was even a small balcony and espresso maker. The mattress was a bit too soft for my back and the first night it was a bit cold in the room. The breakfast could also include plant-based milk. However, l loved the location a few steps from the railway station and l thouroughly enjoyed my stay.

We absolutely loved this place! The staff were all so friendly and kind. The rooms were nice!! The beds were so comfy! The location was PERFECT. We couldn’t recommend this place enough. One thing to be mindful of, the shower water would randomly change temperature (it would suddenly go ice cold or very hot) and then go back to the normal temperature you set. It was strange. We would stay here any and every time we were in Luzern without hesitation! Ps. Go to “Bakery Bakery” for coffee and amazing treats!

With such a large group checking in at the same time, the front desk staff handled the situation professionally and patiently assisted each guest in settling in quickly. The rooms were clean and cozy, with excellent amenities, and the hotel's central location was very convenient. I truly appreciated that they let us leave our luggage at the hotel, which spared us from carrying it on our short trip to Wengen. This made the trip much more enjoyable for everyone. I would especially like to thank Noraly and Nadim for going above and beyond to help my teammates resolve their issues.

This Lucerne hotel has perfect location to transportation. Yet quiet and comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful. However they did have a problem with billing which they worked to resolve. Restaurant staff was kind and provided excellent service/food. I recommend this hotel for a stay in Lucerne

Great location. Hotel is less than 5 minutes walk as you exit ( left direction ) from Lucerne Barhoff ( train station ). Hotel is 10-15 minutes walk to (museum) Rosengart Collection, Lake Prominade, Jesuit Church, Chapel’Bridge, Old town streets, restaurants and boutiques. Excellent front desk staff & house keeping, good breakfast. Newly renovated rooms.
