The property was beautifully renovated and very well maintained. The owners — a lovely couple, if I’m not mistaken — were extremely friendly. They kindly waited for my arrival and took the time to explain how to use all the facilities. The neighbourhood is clean and quiet, with easy access to public transport, convenience stores, restaurants, and other amenities. I had a very pleasant stay and was truly satisfied with the experience. Thank you.

I had a wonderful stay for a night. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process, making me feel welcome. The room was exactly as advertised, spotless clean and comfortable. I truly appreciated the great service and attention to detail. チェックイン時にはオーナーご夫婦が温かく迎えてくださり、丁寧に説明してくださいました。住宅街の中に立っていて、窓が2重の防音ガラスなので大変静かです。ホテルにデザインは奥様がされたそうです。全てが清潔に整えられていました。4階のお部屋でしたが、エレベーターが無いので体力に自信のある方におすすめです。

The rooms are very clean and have all the necessary amenities including various plugs and usb ports in the room. The service is good and the price is very reasonable. Around the hotel there are many food options, all of which are quite local and authentic indian.

Cloud hotel is situated on the 8th floor of diamond plaza 1s annex wing, which has undergone incomplete renovations, on the 9th and 10th floors. When it comes to food, service, and rooms, im guessing that hotel receives a 3.5 rating. Its a great spot to spend a few hours, days, weeks, or even months. It has an event or conference hall, making it convenient for all your needs. Did i mention the 10th floor gym and swimming pool? They also have a sauna, which is becoming more and more irrelevant.

The hotel is located on the ninth floor of a mostly indian shopping center and i had a hard time finding it. The rooms are slightly smaller than average but fairly clean. I would give it 3.5 stars for great value and beautiful view of the restaurant.

Overall, i would suggest this place to anyone looking for a place with conveniences. For those seeking a place with amenities, this is a hidden treasure. A hospital, several stores, a chandarana supermarket, and banks are all close by. The hotel has incredibly helpful staff, and the rooms and bathrooms are immaculate. Additionally, there is a heated pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, restaurant, and bar. The water pressure in the shower is excellent.

Strongly recommended! Bar at the top of the Hilton doubletree, surabaya. Nice atmosphere with a dance club feel. The waiters were friendly and cute.

After many failures choosing poor or annoying hotels, i finally found cloud hotel, where i will be returning. Its not a success to acquire clients, but it is a success that he returns. Excellent rooms, lovely views, perfect service, yammie food, hot water, everything works, swimming pool, gym, reasonably priced and nothing irritates. Breakfest was also very pleasant. Nie ma sie do czego przypierdolic!.

Hotel ini terletak tepat di seberang jalan dari Diamond Plaza, cocok untuk berbelanja dan liburan di kota! Kamarnya luas, sambutannya hangat! Anda berhak mendapatkan gelang kecil dan segelas jus buah saat kedatangan Anda. Ada gym, kolam renang, restoran. Cukup untuk menikmatinya selama Anda menginap! Makanannya sangat enak!

Diamond Plaza 1 tidak terlihat bagus dari luar, tetapi kamar-kamar di hotel ini relatif baru direnovasi. Setiap soket dan banyak, memiliki dua port USB, sehingga Anda praktis tidak perlu mengisi daya. Kamar mandi bersih dan yang paling penting, air panas dan banyak air. Bagus awalnya pintu shower dibuka ke dalam, tapi saya juga kesulitan menutupnya dari dalam. Tapi kemudian saya menemukan bahwa Anda juga bisa membukanya ke luar dan semuanya baik-baik saja. Tersedia gel mandi, sampo, kondisioner, dan body lotion. Anda dapat memesan handuk kapan saja jika Anda merasa kurang. Reseps sama seperti di restoran. Makanannya tentu saja masalah selera, jika Anda tidak suka India, ini tempat yang salah untuk Anda, selebihnya akan terasa enak. Ada juga kolam berpemanas dan gym yang lengkap. A pleasant place to stay. Parking is available, but it is charged. The cloud hotel and suites is situated inside the diamond plaza in parklands, kenya. A nice place to stay, and the location is excellent because many wellknown attractions are close by. A food court is located below. Additionally, several banks are close by.

The food is reasonably priced and the service is excellent. Mike, the general manager, is extremely competent and kind, and he knows his job well. The restaurant serves decent potions of food, and the heated pool isnt overly crowded.
