Extremely affordable accommodation. Even airconditioned rooms are fairly inexpensive, and standard fan rooms offer excellent value. Although the rooms lack private bathrooms or toilets, the communal bathrooms are immaculate and wellmaintained.

You wouldnt have expected this place to have a really nice interior. From the outside, you might think the location is low class. You get more for the price you pay. I booked solitary bedroom with air conditioning and it didnt let me down. The nonair conditioning would be hot, i assume, but the cost you spend will make up for it. It is located right in the shopping center, where items are much cheaper than those in malls. Food is also no problem, food is available downstairs. Very close to the iconic cat church and the Roxas market is not far away. They should make it more backpackerfriendly by offering comms kitchens on site.

I reserved this place for the kadayawan celebration. Ive been here since 2017, and this year, they renovated it. The room is small, lacks a window, but it is functional. There is sanitary equipment in the toilet, which is roomy and equipped with basic amenities. It is reasonably priced and conveniently located.

This place is recommended for everyone! A very nice place to stay, affordable if you are a traveler. The staff is accommodating and the rooms are nice.

I found an affordable yet modern place to stay in the metro of davao city. Go check their facebook page for more details! Sadly, the shower handle was broken so i had to wing it on my own. However, overall, considering the price, it was such a great experience.

I will most certainly stay here again if i return to davao. For only 349 per day, ive stayed in the single basic fan room for three nights. Worth it! They have friendly personnel, clean, and airconditioned rooms with all the conveniences.

The room is a little bit fine. The staff is okay, just plain ok. Overall it was i had sanitized and comfortable stay. There is no cr inside the room. Just so you know, they are common cr.

The rooms were adequate for the price paid. The place has recently undergone renovations, and the interior design is lovely. Additionally, they offer a very flexible and accommodating service. Its proximity to restaurants makes it an ideal choice for solo travelers.
