服務人員態度非常好，雖然飯店有點年紀，但房間很大很舒服，地下室停車時也有專人引導，房間也很乾淨！離勤美誠品很近，下次有機會會再入住！

When checked in , I was informed by the front desk that the room has been upgraded. But I'm not the golden award membership. The receptionist gave us two ice cream exchange coupons,and told us these can be use anytime. There are some snacks jar on a corner table beside the front desk. The room is spacious. We have two simple sofas, two bedside tables, a led TV,a hair dryer,a small refrigerator and a king size bed in it. The bed is big , but too hard for me. There is only a shower space in bathroom.

Secara keseluruhan, nilai CP-nya bagus, pelayanannya sangat antusias, tersedia tempat parkir, spare parts lengkap dan berkualitas, serta insulasi suaranya juga bagus. Kekurangan terbesar adalah tempat tidurnya terlalu sulit untuk ditiduri, disarankan untuk memperbaikinya.

I was surprised at how much we enjoyed staying at this hotel. I chose it for its location, but the pictures didn't make it seem that nice. The hotel is old, but the rooms seem newly renovated. We had a room with two double beds, and still had a sitting area and a small desk. The bathroom was very large, with an outside sink, a sink and toilet in one side, and a shower and bathtub in the other. The service at the front counter is good. In addition to breakfast coupons, we also got coupons for ice cream from the lobby. The manager even gave us some without the coupons! The breakfast was good. In terms of Western food there was cereal, toast, cake, fruit, and coffee. There was a lot more variety for Chinese food: congee, soymilk, miso soup, sweet baozi and mantou, a noodle station, rice, and various dishes to go with the rice, such as chawanmushi and pork stew.

工作人員服務親切熱誠, 房間非常乾淨, 舒適, 但是建議浴缸可以加裝浴簾, 以防止淋浴的水潑出或溢流到浴室地板上, 造成後面上洗手間的人使用不便! 另外一點就是設置在房間內洗手台下方的電燈, 無法關閉, 極大的亮度會影響睡眠 !

The location is really good with many eateries close by and the hotel is clean with view of the city. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Room rates are reasonable too for that area.

帶兩個小孩入住，對我們來說地點非常方便，不論是去科博館或國美館，周邊就是兩個新崛起的文創聚落，高鐵乘車處也不遠，飯店本身雖不新穎，但安全乾淨，看得出業者維護的用心，早餐雖看起來不多，但各類品項已足夠選擇。 唯有一項缺失，就是我們入住的是三人房，卻只有兩人的備品

位於台中市中心，旁邊就是綠園道，距離審計新村、中興一街僅需步行5分鐘，有一堆不錯的文青小店，再過去就是誠品綠園道，週邊非常適合散策，離台中科博館也不遠，下次會再入住。

Jangan terkecoh dengan tampilan hotelnya, meskipun terlihat agak tua, namun fasilitas dalamnya jauh lebih inovatif dan lengkap dibandingkan dengan yang disebut hotel bintang empat, yang penting adalah sikap depan staf meja sangat antusias dan tulus. Namun, hal ini juga menyoroti dilema CITS saat ini, karena hampir semua pengawas berada di garda depan, semoga kekurangan tenaga kerja segera teratasi!

The hotel is old, but it is wellmaintained. The most obvious places to see the age are the bathrooms, hallways and elevators. It wasnt a problem for us, though. We stayed in a twin room and must say the size was huge, much larger than what you normally get. Great for families traveling with children. I noticed 1 or 2 hairs on the floor before we entered, but otherwise no other cleaning issues. Bed mattresses are definitely on the firm side, but we had no trouble sleeping. The view outside was actually quite nice because we were on the 11th floor. The bathroom has a tub, new toilet seat, and a heated floor. The area is very close to the center district of taichung, so it is very convenient to go to any of the citys attractions. The staff is also very polite and helpful. English is not great, but in true taiwanese style, they will still do their best to help. Coffee is free in the lobby. 7/11 is also right next door. The hotel has available parking in the basement, but be aware that it is not a big one and the entrance is on the main road, you have to go around to the side of the hotel. I imagine that if there are many rooms booked, many cars cant park. We traveled on a weekend and were a bit nervous about finding a parking space, as the surrounding area is one of the most expensive in taiwanese to park. On weekends and holidays some private parking lots nearby charge 100 ntd per hour. However, the hotel staff did their best to manage the available spaces and we had no problem finding a place. Overall a good and surprising experience.
