We got a double bed room, and we were given a twin room for the family room and a double bed. The staff at the front desk made the arrangement so we could have a good vacation. They will provide more rooms for the family and other requirements.

I will come back again. This place is in an ideal position because there are many convenience stores around and near the Shanghai Metro Station. It was a nice room, hot water was working, the wifi was good, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very good service from the staff. Clean rooms and excellent service. Very recommend this hotel for stay in Taipei area. A good conference room for hosting business meetings. The restaurant on the first floor is convenient, and the food prepared for breakfast and lunch is very good.

The maitre I was very rude, unpleasant, unprofessional, and didn't greet me at the podium. She seemed to want to choose a fight, with a mean look, not even a smile or a greeting. It took her three to four minutes to walk up to us. She had a very condescending tone. She just wanted our room numbers and to get out of her way. We were a party of eight and seated in a booth. Yet, there were other tables open. For a party of two, a table of ten seats was offered. The restaurant staff kept an eye on what you took for breakfast. If you return for seconds or thirds, you would get the evil eye. The staff would pick your plate without a question whether you were done or not. Everyone smiled profusely. Nonetheless, in the preparation area, a few restaurant employees were heard laughing. Saunas can be found in the rooms. The hallways were cooler than the rooms, so I had to leave the room door open to have the air regulated. No one of the crew was smiling at me. The rooms were like 32 degrees and raising. One of our four rooms also had an earlier painting odor. The drawer on the desk had splinters, so be cautious when opening it. They provided us a Japanese newspaper, but the hotel staff was alerted and offered to replace

A traditional structure that has been meticulously maintained is now in excellent condition. The elevators are updated. Due to dampness, the room was musty and lacked a standalone dehumidifier. Because it was warming the room, we stayed there for four days and turned it off on the first day. Everything in the room was damp after two days, including papers, clothing, and other items. It was turned back on. When we complained, a lamp was immediately supplied because of poor lighting. And when we also mentioned the pillows, they immediately delivered two additional large cushions. Both the hotel's five-star service and its great position are excellent. Having a staff of experts and a tidy lobby, I would think about returning to stay here.
