It’s a self check-in hotel that eliminates the front desk staff. Hence, there’s no human touch at all. Though the hotel is pretty new and good but I still prefers the human touch that you can talk to when you needed help or an enquiry and not talking to a machine. The other negative point was to check-in at 1600 hrs which is rather not the norm.

除了隔音不佳，隔壁外勞半夜跑來住宿聊天很大聲，半夜被吵醒，住宿環境還算乾淨，床也夠大張，記憶枕頭也算好躺好睡，以這價位的旅館來說也算CP值很高了。

入住時可自行操作，時間不受限玩到深夜也沒關係。價格對應房間品質很划算，床很大睡一晚很舒適，熱水水壓也很足夠。 大廳和走廊都是簡約時尚路線，可惜的是房門裝潢對比起來就會有點讓人失望。

I really had a great time with my 5-day stay. The hotel was obviously undergoing some renovations but the service and place were still excellent. The room was neat and clean. I love the tub and the heater! The mini fridge and water dispenser were really plus points! :) (and the huge TV that stores a lot of movies and youtube app.) The location is very accessible to all your needs! (shopping centres, train station, food hubs etc). Communicating with the hotel staff was kinda difficult because they don't speak English, but simple non-verbal/sign languages will do. The place is tranquil because it is located on the 9th floor of a building though rooms are not really sound-proofed, never-the-less you will still enjoy the relaxing ambience of the room because of the good lighting, nice AC controls and good quality mattress. Tip: The pillows are really not that soft, i suggest you bring your own, especially if you have spine/cervical problems. Over all: 4/5 :)

臺鐵桃園駅に近く、空港からもタクシーで20〜30分程度で着く距離にある。早朝便での帰国だったので、選択のした。雑居ビルの9階にあり、ビルは古いが、9階の内装は、比較的新しい。自動チェックイン装置は、英語、日本語なども選択できて難しくない。連泊しても、カードを掛けておけば清掃してくれる。タオルやシーツが使い込まれていて、穴が空いていたりするが、気にならない人なら問題無いと思う。ユニットバス形式であるが、臭いがして換気扇を付けると、（おそらく排水口から悪臭が吸引されて）より酷い臭いになるので注意した方が良い。

The building "guard" or information person did not speak English and we thought the Hotel was actually next door until those people told us to go back to the original loby. The hotel is ONE floor of a 12 story +/- building - floor 9. You need to go to floor 9 to check in. Check in took a long time and we needed to call for help - the instructions were unclear about what reservation number or what PARTS of the reservation number needed to be entered - the instructions showed the full code with letter dashes and n X but the computer only wanted the NUMBERS AFTER the dashes. There is a 7- eleven very near and a convenience store next door.

今回始めて桃園市に泊まってみる事にして、駅に近いこのホテルを選びました。 立地もさることながら、近くにコンビニ。隣にはカルフール（24時間営業ではないので注意）とちょっとした買い物にも大変便利です。 部屋の設備に関しては特に不満も無く、地味にバスタブがあるのが嬉しく感じました。 ホテルの従業員は清掃スタッフ以外は見かけず、チェックインは専用機械で完全にセルフですが日本語表記も出来ますし心配は要らないかと思います。ただし、チェックイン時に予約番号を入力する必要があるため予約情報をスマホに保存しておくなど万が一オフラインでも確認できるようにしておくと一層安心かと思います

The room itself was nice and comfortable, but unfortunately there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. It really affected the overall experience. If the smell issue is fixed, it would be a great place to stay.

綺麗で従業員の方も明るくてよかまたです。 がトイレとお風呂の排水溝の匂いが気になりました。 また、ゴキブリが浴室にいました。 すぐに対応してもらいましたが共有させていただきます。 町中ですぐにスーパー(カルフール？)があり便利でした

優點：地點佳，近桃園車站。附近有許多食店及便利商店。房間算寬敞，可以打開28吋行李箱。冷氣及熱水充足。缺點：無職員管理，全自助入住及退房，假如遇上問題無法求助。一開房門在床邊地上殺了兩只小曱甴，害我整晚有點害怕。
