Room was clean and spacious for the two of us. The breakfast was great with different choices. My only concern is that the bathroom only had one hook for one towel when it should accommodate for two people.

This was a nice hotel in Taipei. It's only a few minutes walk from Ximending and the MRT. The breakfast was very nice, but I preferred walking to Ximending and ordering breakfast from the local street vendors. The room I stayed in was neat and clean. Most importantly, the air conditioning worked great! The staff was always friendly and the front desk clerk gave us several suggestions to great local places to eat. When I come to Taipei again, this property will be on the top of my list to stay.

Conveniently located neat ximending area. Somewhat a bit away from crowds so noise wasnt really noticed. Breakfast is good although daily options could be improved. Great service and staff are very friendly!

The staff is super nice, helped me schedule a taxi for my departure at my request. The staff also immediately asked housekeeping to take a look at my air conditioner remote since the remote didn’t seem to be working to turn on the air in my room. The staff at breakfast area is super friendly every morning too. The bed and pillows are the exact firmness I like it to be, the shower stall was super great, allowing an option to control water pressure as well as the water temperature. I also liked how there is the options of an over head shower or hand held shower. The space in the room is suffice for a solo traveler with two luggage and one carry on. The local tv channels offered could probably have more options. The tv channel options were showing a lot of outdated local variety shows and dramas during the day time in the week days.

Whether I need assistance storing my luggage for a few days while I fly out to Japan or require any other help, the staff is always more than happy to accommodate me. A special thank you to Vicky at the front desk. She always serves with a warm smile and a professional touch. Her attention to detail is truly impressive; she often has my room key ready and my stored luggage already arranged in my room even before I officially check in! It makes such a difference to feel truly welcomed and recognized. The breakfast experience is equally excellent. The spread is impressive, and the service staff is incredibly proactive. They are constantly ensuring that food is replenished. If you are looking for a hotel that combines high-quality amenities with genuine, personalized hospitality, I highly recommend this property.

Very friendly staff. Great daily breakfast that came with bookkng. Super convenient for local food, transport, and night life. Could improve on bath towel quality and better bath enclosure cleaning. Will book again when we revisit Taipei.
