The hotel is cozy. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. The interior and infrastructure are a little antiquated. Noisy air conditioning.

The hotel is conveniently located on the quieter side of da'an district. There are several bars, restaurants, and massage parlors close by. Walking distance connects to metro stations, department stores, underground shopping street, etc. The rooms were clean but antiquated. Both the bathroom door and the cupboard door were damaged. Service was adequate but not particularly helpful. Before i checked out, ive never heard that there was a sitting area with bottled beverages and tainted coffee makers available for sale on ground floor. I wish he had informed me about what they had when ill checkin.

The hotel is excellent. I intend to stay here the next time im in taipei. Advantages a great location, only ten minutes walk from exit 13 of the zhongxiao fuxing metro. Breakfast is varied and includes both western and chinese cuisine. Each room has en suite minibars with bottled kaiser. The room is quite large, especially for an Asian hotel, and it has its fullsize working desk. Excellent service. Because i was checking out before the 7 p. M. Brunch began at 7 am, the front desk packed me breakfast. Large bathroom with separate shower tub and shower. Outlets accept international plugs and are next to the bed. Cons wifi speed is slow, whereas the air conditioner starts and cools the room. Room furniture is old and shows signs of wear.

The service at the front desk was disappointing, which surprised me. Even though we were the guests, they didnt smile or even smile. They seemed to be quite unhappy. Im not sure if they behaved that way all the time? It was packed for breakfast. The same plump woman said, fang Jian Ji hao? Xian Zai Mei You Wei. No smile, not even a very basic buhao Yi Si. At checkout, the same younger lady checked us out. As we left the hotel, people just stared down, even though i wanted to smile and say my goodbyes. Maybe Les suites senior management can send eugenorous shoppers. Only then will you know what your paying guests are facing. On the other hand, we would like to commend one of your male staff members who was at reception late at night on december 30 th, 31 st, 2023. This male employee was extremely polite, podial, and friendly. He was wearing shirts and speaking pretty good english during our casual conversation. Please let him know how much we appreciate him and how wonderful he has done.

The room is mediumsized, with elegant decor and atmosphere, and the bathroom has been tastefully renovated. Breakfast options are acceptable, including western and Asian styles. Excellent customer service from the front desk staff, good english communication skills, polite and professional. The hotel is conveniently located near the subway, restaurants, or shops. Overall a positive experience. Areas for improvement include lack of gym access (although this is understandable due to covid), wornout bath tiles, poor lighting in the elevator that can be upgraded, thermostat in rooms that doesnt work.

I stayed in a deluxe suite for 5 nights. It was incredibly comfortable and spacious, and we appreciated the convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful, they assisted with making local reservations. They gave us ten free upgrades when we extended for one night and made the incorrect reservation online so we wouldnt change rooms. We liked how late housekeeping started in the mornings. There were 2 tvs in each room, as well as access to prime video and Netflix. A toto washlet that appears new is largely advantageous. Both the bathroom and the tub were immaculate. Shower gel smelled good, the towels were fluffy, it was really comfy, etc. Free minibar aswell. Cons the wooden furniture in this room is showing signs of wear, while the vanity desk mirror is damaged. When we arrived, our couches and pillows smell musty. If you dont mind staying in an older place, i heartily suggest this hotel.

I would like to return. Although the room is smaller than anticipated, it has all the amenities you could need. The minibar offers complimentary food and beverages. There are excellent shower and shampoo supplies.
