The retreat was only 30 years old, recently renovated, and managed by one team. The resort only has 20 villa style rooms, all of which are furnished to international standards. It is only 30 minutes by taxi from Hsinchu her station, making it very convenient for us to travel from Taipei to Chengdu. The hotel offers a free tour during which the staff shares the stories behind Chinese architecture and design. The stories greatly enhanced our stay experience. The package includes dinner on arrival day and breakfast the following day. Local flavors combined with international presentation and taste were both incredible. Service was also attentive, the young staff was eager to assist and was extremely warm and welcoming. Highly recommended if you are traveling to Taipei and looking for a new experience outside of night market and city tours.

We were both very impressed by this place because I had a romantic weekend here with my boyfriend. The room was of high caliber and had a nice orient vibe. All the structures and gardens are in a proper Chinese design and are extremely well-kept. The set meal was magnificent, and the services were excellent. Sitting in the Chinese garden and seeing the fish and birds was very tranquil. After dinner, a stroll on the hotel's grounds was also incredibly romantic. We had a fantastic time there.

The location was excellent. The service was five-star and the personnel was really attentive and responsive. The property was immaculately kept. The cuisine was all exquisite and well-displayed.

The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Every detail is perfectly thought out like bath salt, razors, stationary and even a printer. Breakfast is quite rich, but for Europeans it might not be as tempting as a luxury European hotel.

This is the first time I have been there. I will definitely return sometime. This is a really nice place to relax and learn more about Taiwanese culture. It's also the first time I've come, slowly walking aside the bridges and rivers will help us get rid of our stress. Lunch is not too big and everything tastes good and healthy.

裡面標榜的管家並沒有達到一定的標準也沒有記住入住客人姓名最離譜的是既然退房行李寄放不到1小時卻找不到，這是不可以犯的錯基本上他們的管理確實有問題。只有找到行李口頭上的道歉完全沒有信件的回覆與道歉，如此高消費的地方CP值真的太差了。很不愉快的心情。 另外一再地通知你們編號159056076445未用手動幫我累積進去帳號內，也打過二次電話，請重視我的申訴。
