突然の深夜の予約にも関わらず、大変丁寧に迅速に対応していただきました。部屋もきれいで広くて快適。シャワーブースが完全に閉まる設計だったのもありがたかったです。お湯の温度も水圧も全く問題ありませんでした。近くにスーパーも数件あり、VISAならカードも使えます。バス停も近いです。8番に乗れば空港にもたいていの観光名所にもアクセスできます。スタッフもフレンドリーで現金なし、ネット繋がらず、カード使えずの私をかなり気遣ってくれました。また次の時も是非お世話になりたいです。

This Dushanbe hotel looks new and has a good location. It's not far from the bustling main commercial street, lined with various shops. Reaching the central tourist area requires a taxi ride of about 15 minutes. The hotel rooms are large and include washing machines. Like other hotels in Tajikistan, there's no hot water kettles or coffee machines accessible in the rooms, presumably to keep the carpets clean. Guests must use the dining room for coffee and tea. Breakfast is very simple. The hotel staff are very welcoming and provide excellent service.

Otel ev konforunda sayılır. Odalar çok iyi, açıkçası sessiz sakin bir bölgede. Bu oteli diğer büyük ve çok odalı oteller ile karıştırmamak lazım. Çok güzel bir bahçeye sahip ve bahçesinde akşam oturup keyifli sohbetler edebilirsiniz. Resepsiyondaki bayan arkadaş oldukça ilgili ve nazikti. İngilizce sorunu yaşamadım. Genel olarak şehrin merkezinde ve mahalle içinde ve üç katlı büyük bir villa gibi düşünün. Kahvaltı ekstra ücretli ve ben deneyimlemedim. Otopark var ama müşterilerin kullanımına sunuluyor mu bilmiyorum. Odalar muhteşem temiz ve yataklarda leke koku vs yok. Odalarda sigara içilmiyor ama otelin bahçesinde rahatlıkla içebilirsiniz. Ben kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Bu arada size son olarak bir çoğunuza tuhaf gelecek bir şey söylemek istiyorum. Otelin içerisine ayakkabınız ile giremiyorsunuz. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the rooms and common areas were very well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I would especially like to thank Alim, who went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. His kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help truly made my stay more enjoyable. Excellent service like this makes a big difference, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Very good stay for 3 nights. It is close to the airport, and there are actually a lot of services within a short walk. The streets are unlit and the pavement is not in the best condition but the area was perfectly walkable at all hours. Among the staff, Alim was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast lady was also very kind. Less than perfect items: was told a driver would be waiting for us at the airport-- no driver so the hotel paid a taxi driver to bring us; the place is actually a Lot farther away from the center than it would seem. Traffic can be heavy, so the taxi ride into town can last 15-30 mins; the runners on the stairs are starting to come loose, creating a potential trip hazard; the duvet was Enormous!, much too hot and heavy for the current climate. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here!

酒店员工热情好客，乐于助人。他们午夜时分热情地迎接我，甚至还帮我付了出租车费。当我发现自己把重要的摄影包落在出租车上时，他们立即联系了司机，尽管当时已是凌晨1点左右，他们还是让司机把摄影包送了回来。我真是太高兴了！值得高度赞扬他们。酒店距离市中心不远，几乎去哪儿都很方便。酒店建筑很漂亮，周围环境安静祥和。房间宽敞舒适。我对这次入住非常满意。如果我今后有机会前往杜尚别，我一定会再次选择这家酒店。 The hotel staff are incredibly hospitable and helpful. They came out of the hotel and greeted me nicely at midnight and even paid the taxi bill for me. When I found out that I had forgotten my important photo bag in the taxi, they immediately contacted the taxi driver, even though it was about 1:00 in the morning, and had the driver bring my photo bag back to me. I was incredibly happy! They really deserve a huge compliment. The hotel is not too far from the city center, and is close to almost everything. It is a beautiful building and the surroundings are quiet and peaceful. The rooms are spacious and nice. I feel absolutely satisfied during my stay. If I were to travel to Dushanbe again, I would definitely prefer to stay at this hotel again.

Our second time in this beautiful hotel that feels like home. This time we were 11 people providing pro bono dental care to the children. We had to leave by 6 AM everyday and we were provided with fresh breakfast at 5 AM everyday. The hospitality of this boutique hotel was phenomenal. Everyone in our team commented how it felt like a true home instead of a commercial establishment. As usual Matin, the young manager stole everyone's heart.

Located in a quiet neighborhood very close to a major road with resturants and shopping. The airport is closeby too. The room provided was spacious and like new. Very clean and the hotel managers were very kind and helpful. I had no worries as a solo traveler. Bonus: the hotel is run by excellent english speakers!

The hotel is conveniently located near the main street, with shopping centers and restaurants in the neighborhood.Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and are well stocked with amenities and towels.There is no noise leakage from other rooms.Matin and other staffs are helpful and friendly and willing to help you during your stay.I would stay here again when I visit Tajikistan.
