Great stay when booking on line for cheaper price. Very clean, decent rooms for price nice and cool even with out AC, good breakfast considering price with great roof top view of mountain. Only issue is hot water some times did work and wifi was super spotty working only 10% of time if you can connect.

I paid 6 dollar for a single room, nr 208. The fan, bed and room were ok and the shower is hot. The breakfast was simple, but not bad. This room is quiet, smal no mosquitoes. In nighttime the area does not look inviting and in daytime it is busy.

It was a very enjoyable stay, the people were so friendly, I felt as if I was with my family. The management help me with everything that I needed, they even assisted in directing me to the local sports field for exercise, advised about the Covid test, call taxi's, and helped me with electrical points for my laptop in the restaurant. They speak excellent English. It is clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. I can recommend Arusha Backpackers very highly.

I will never forget my stay here. The location is very strategic because it was close to the train station so it was easy to get there. And then, the friendly and attentive employees were great.

Our accommodation was in three different rooms for a total of four nights, both prior and after various trips. We only had warm water once, and the water in the entire hostel frequently ran out. Not only because of the location in the heart of the action but also within the hostel, the majority of accommodations are quite noisy. Ask for the quietest room 208, which had a quiet bed and a comfortable mattress, although other mattresses have wooden beams in their middle. There isnt a restaurant but a bar, so breakfast is basic but tasty. When asked, you can use the kitchen, or the personnel can order food for you. Due to its rugged appearance, the structure might use some maintenance. There are some advantages of the hostel, including the luggage storage, wifi, safety, location, and the manager, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and who helped us with any issues we required.

My staff gave me a warm welcome and made me feel at home in the hotel. The price I paid is very fair for the room and the terrace is very nice to have a beer or coffee. They served me a nice waiter named Binrange who helped us arrange the transport.

Mercy is very friendly and the staff are great. I stayed in room 109. WiFi in the room was not so good. Showers are hot and good, continental breakfast at 630. The top bar area has a hangout spot. The location is excellent and near gem shops and a local town, valuable to a very large supermarket 7 minutes. Highly recommended. 12 usd per night for a private room.

1 it's cheap, 2 beds are comfortable, 3 showers are hot. 1 I don't want more as a solo backpacker! I believe there's wifi, but I never use it myself. It is also very well located, walking distance from bus terminals, which is very useful as bus to most places usually leave at 6 am, and close enough to restaurants and food shops in the city.

The location is good because is in town, but the room was noisy, the bed was missing woods then was broken, then the mattress and blankets was too old, and uncomfortable to sleep after a long day journey.
