Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at. And that says it all. You have everything you need. Private beach with bar, 4 different pools, activities all day for adults, buffé is amazing and the à la carte is Magic. The all inclusive is a 24/7. so you have snacks and drinks in the lobby bar all night. I would really recommend this hotel. Well worth 250 USD per night/person. With 100% paid that price again.

Siamo stati 4 giorni in questo resort che si trova sulla spiaggia di Nungwi. La spiaggia è molto bella e non subisce il cambio di marea. Le condizioni sono buone ed in stile moderno. La stanza era grande e veniva sempre pulita. Diversa scelta di cibo e diversi bar. In spiaggia ci sono numerose sdraio ed è possibile ricevere gratuitamente i teli mare. Tutto il personale, specie quelli di sala e dei bar è super gentile e cordiale, un po’ meno quelli alla reception. Nella nostra esperienza i punti negativi sono stati il Wi-Fi, spesso non da connessione ed il fatto che inizialmente ci fosse stata assegnata una stanza al pian terreno con affaccio sulle piante quando avevamo pagato per una vista parziale. Abbiamo avuto il cambio anche se si erano giustificati dicendo che ci avevano riservato una superior. Cosa non vera perchè la stanza era identica. Purtroppo non viene fornito il servizio navetta né a pagamento e né gratuito.

Beautiful hotel located on a stunning white sand beachfront, its picturesque setting and easy ocean access it’s amazing. The amenities, including pools and quality dining options, entertainment are perfect. Very spacious and clean rooms.

I just got back from a 4-night stay at Riu Jambo, and honestly, if you’re looking for that postcard-perfect Zanzibar turquoise water, this is the spot. But like any big resort, there are a few things you should know before you book. The Location & Beach (10/10) This is the absolute highlight. Since it’s located in Nungwi, the tide doesn't go out for miles like it does on the East Coast. You can actually swim in the ocean all day long. The beach is pristine, and the sunsets from the jetty bar are probably the best I’ve ever seen. Pro tip: Head to the "See You" bar on the jetty around 5:30 PM to snag a seat for sunset. The Food & Drinks For an all-inclusive, the food was surprisingly good. The main buffet (Maisha) has a massive variety, but it can feel a bit like a "canteen" during peak hours because it gets very loud and busy. The Speciality Restaurants: We tried the Asian (Yunnan) and the Italian (Il Panzotto). The Italian place on the jetty is a must—the atmosphere is way more intimate than the buffet. Drinks: They don’t stingy with the drinks, and the cocktails are decent, though sometimes a bit sugary. The Rooms We had a lateral sea view room. It was modern, super clean, and the AC worked like a charm.
