My father grew up with calamari skewers and the papaya tuna salad was delicious. We went for a late lunch and early supper at 6 am in time to see the sunset. The view of Stonetown from the balcony is already more than enough to please hungry eyes. However, the food is. The food. The vegan sharing platter, chan masala, was amazing. And then the vegan cauliflower risotto, which had truffles and candid walnuts in balance, was continued. Besides the grilled calamari and papaya tuna salad, my father enjoyed them so much.

Excellent experience. At 6 am, we went for a late lunch and early dinner, just in time to watch the sunset. Already more than enough to satisfy hungry eyes from the terrace to make stonetown appear. But what about the cuisine? The meal was first served with the truly vegan sharing platter of Chan masala and goat's cheese salad. The vegan cauliflower risotto, which had truffles and candid walnuts, was in the perfect balance. The papaya tuna salad, made by my father, and the calamari skewers were excellent.
