A condominium complex away from the center. Everything is clean, but a bit older. Price and performance are good. Eine Eigentumswohnanlage abseits des Zentrums. All clean but still slightly changed. Prices and services are ok.

The price is reasonable, around 500 baths per night, and not more than 12k per month for one bedroom. Not far from the city, so dont stay here if you dont have your own transportation. Nice condo with affordable prices no more then 12 km per year for 1 bedroom

The apartment is wellmaintained, the staff are friendly and there is a security guard on duty. The facilities are also well maintained. We stay for 2 nights. Will be happy to return.

We spent a night there. Our room was spacious enough for three people and quite nice. Despite its modest size, we enjoyed the pool. It is tastier from downtown hua hin and the closest beach.

The place is comfortable and pleasant. My husband misplaced his wallet, and the owner repeatedly tried to contact us. I will come back here again when i visit bush in.

This apartment in hua hin has a beautiful kitchen. The hosts were very helpful. Everything else worked perfectly. We had sytayed with the new french press, teapot, bedside table, and kitchen tap during our stay. South end is much calmer than the center. Beautiful view of the kho taniab mountain. 5 minutes from the beach, which has no monkeys, nice lounge chairs, massage stations, restaurants. Five minutes away was i found mr. A bike path along the highway. Very close to convenience stores, amata spa, coffee shops like oasis and koschira, ananta silasila restaurant, as well as the green bus to the markets and malls. Loved the separate kitchen, balcony, clothes washer, comfortable bed. Safe in the room, ironing board, etc. Cons the unit faces the road, it can get chilly in mornings but blackout curtains help, there is also street food smells and noise in evenings because it faces directly across the street. If you normally shut the windows and use air conditioning, neither matters.

I would stay here again. This is my first time using Airbnb. I can recommend the condo and its location. Nothing special, but good value for money.

The staff is amazing and works very hard to keep the place safe and clean. The pool is nice and the building is well maintained. My only complaint is the rude tenants and their children who stay there. Mostly Russians from my experience of staying for a few months. Staff will clean the windows and not even 5 minutes later i saw russian kids running around and holding their hands all over them. Parents all sit by the pool and drink and let their kids run through the hallways and scream while yelling at doors. Watched another kid throw rocks in the swimming pool, and at the window while his mother was on her phone. They also have tv facilities and gym. Once more you work out and here comes the group of mr. Putin playing on treadmills or throwing weights on the ground. Very rude guests who cant discipline their child or give any effort to tell their son what is right or wrong. As for the buildings and staff they are amazing they just need to make rules and kick tenants out who dont show respect.

The location is close to convenience stores and the beach. After, you can walk to the hotel in 3 minutes. Subsequently, this condo is very nice. Thereafter, they provide swimming pool and gym facilities. Hereupon, the price is affordable.

I unintentionally located a room here, which was very nice, clean, and quiet, but the air conditioning started dropping ice the next day! They should inspect and service facilities before renting out rooms. In front of the building is tavern and in the evening there is an eatery serving delicious french fries and thai food. Also, next to the structure is another excellent restaurant for upscale dinner. The gym was closed due to covid, however the pool was accessible with limited time and only two people were permitted to use it.
