Peaceful place located on historical passage from Chiang Mai to Lam Phun which line up with century-tree. Staffs are the best! Breakfast is best of the best! Highly recommend this place for people who want to hide-out from Chiang Mai crazed in the city center, but not so far to get back in to the downtown.

I just so want to do my reviews sooner. They have a tall window that looks like a door that faces a street, and I can barely hear the noise because it doesn't bother me. There are standing showers and toilets on one side and washbasins on the other side. I love the room and the design is good but not too expensive because compared to the other hotels in Chiang Mai, I will come back to this hotel again. I will recommend this hotel.

I've stayed at the Radtanaiya for two extended winters, and I was there for the first week of December. I've only ever reserved the large executive suite, which is a gorgeous apartment with a large living room, spacious bathroom, bedroom, and even a full dining table and chairs! The entire building has a very nice design, polished wood floors, and very elegant furnishings! By western standards, the mattress may appear to be hard, but I lived in china for two years and got accustomed to that. The staff is incredibly kind and eager to assist in any way at all, especially anna who runs the business. She picked me up at the airport! She is involved in every aspect of the operation of this small hotel, whose guests are mainly Thai. Other friends have also rented smaller rooms here and are impressed with them. Every morning, I started walking through the neighborhood and seeing the residents move on with their lives. Tap Road's lively activity is a little remote, but on the busy road into the city center, there are tub tubs and song taels regularly. You can stay for a week or a month and get a really good deal on your own luxurious apartment in Chiang Mai. Enjoy.

A small boutique and clean hotel. Very cheap compared to the price you paid and what you got. Some rooms facing the street may have some noise coming in. Breakfast is included in the room rate and it's different every day. The staff are great and super helpful.

97 radthanaiya residents in Chiangmai Thailand. New clean comfortable, cheap, quiet hotel. Great for business and family holidays. Staff provide good service.

Even the property is just recovered from flooding, it is ready to serve us. I like the breakfast the most, varieties of breakfast including Northern styles, fruits, etc.
