This place is Recommend for business trip, Couple or Solo traveler. If you come with group of 3 or 4 persons. Please Accept that might be not most comfortable experience in my place. Because Extra Accommodation After 2 peoples, I am not Charges you an additional cost ! (Max 4 persons)

1. Do not smoking in the apartment and common property.
2. Please take off your shoes and keep it in shoes cabinet.
3. Please keep the apartment clean (If you left the apartment
in bad condition I will consider that it is damage to my
apartment so I will charge the fee from security deposit.)
4. Please wash kitchenware right away after using.
5. Please leave all the garbages in the room or put in garbage room when you checkout. (Do not put it outside the room)
6. Please turn off the air conditioner and close all of the
windows when you are out of the room. (Please help us and
careful global warming)
7. Please do not have a party or make a loud noise at time.
8. Please conserve electricity, turn off the plug after use.
9. Do not forget the keycard when you our of the room
because you have to use it when you use elevator.
10. Do not contact with staff at apartment directly, please
called me if you have any problem with our room.
11. No drug allowed in apartment. Drug use is strictly prohibited.
12. There is no gambling allowed in the apartment.

* My place is good for 2 persons.But if you have more than 2,No more charges! (You can use sofa bed for extend 2 more persons).
* cleaning is one time before check-in
* special service is only one time before check-in not every day.
