Ideal for economical 1-2 night stay. So close & near to so many shopping/ sightseeing opportunities & so clean when compared with other accommodations in the area. Unhesitatingly recommend as comfortable, “cared for” tourist accommodation.

Everything is easily accessible, and its very close to patong beach. The rooms are small and not very good. This place has a nice swimming pool.

Walking distance from Patong beach and bangla road. Can hear very dim sound of music in the balcony and won't hinder with your sleep. Amazing location with good breakfast options for vegetarians.

The location is strategic, walking street and beach are easily accessible from the hotel. The staff is very sweet and friendly, especially the receptionist, ms ja.

Location is perfect , Staff is friendly and helpful . They clean the room everyday change the towels but not the linens. In the shower there is hot water everytime . Yes i recommend this hotel to everyone and i would stay there again why not .

If you are between 25 and 40 years old single traveler, this is the place to stay. Excellent location with a friendly staff. The hotel is situated right in the center of Patong beach with hundreds of bars and restaurants. The building itself is by all means great for the price that you are paying. The bedroom is clean and confortable.

3rd booking at 7Q Bangla. Terrific location, staff and hotel. Noisy area but so central to everything. Across road from Banzaan Market and 1 block to Jungceylon. Rooftop pool is great and rooms spacious and clean. I'll be back and maybe I will try their other property 7Q Beach as well

Second stay plus an extension to original dates. Great (but loud) location and staff excellent. Rooms well appointed but housekeeping do forget to do a few smaller tasks (clean bathtub/sink etc). Nishan & team & June via email all wonderful. I will be back and the rooftop pool is a treat.

I stayed in this hotel for 20 days. Half in room 111, and half in room 527. Lets be clear, the hotel is 10/10 for what it is supposed to be a 3 star budget hotel. Rooms were clean and were daily cleaned, the pool was small but lovely and the service was great. Before booking i was told that WIFI is good enough in order to work from my laptop, which was true. I was also told that as i am travelling alone, if i got a guest there would be no extra charges, which was also true. During my second week i faced some issues with the AC and when the issues could not be fixed i was moved to a new room right away. Of course, room 527 (5th floor) was obviously better than 111 (ground floor). First floor rooms do not have any balcony or view. I am not sure if room in higher floors are more expensive but i would suggest to try and book those. The only negative thing that i can say for this hotel, and i can't really blame the hotel, is that while staying at ground floor, guests were really loud in the reception area at all times of day and night. I would expect a hotel employee to advise the guests to be more quiet especially during the night. All in all, if I am able to find the same budget price, i will be definitely staying in this hotel again. Finally i would like to point out that the hotel is located in a very local place. Bangla boxing stadium and more than 20 bars are all around so you should expect it to be noisy. I don't count this as negative as this is what I booked.

The staff are absolutely wonderful and location is terrific. I have enjoyed the room on higher floor best and even became used to the noise from the local area after a few days. Rooftop pool is awesome addition. Thanks and I will be back.
