The room is clean and quite good size and with nice and neat layout. The hotel location is not very convenient because it's difficult to find. But the room rate is very reasonable.

We remained in a groundfloor room which was clean and comfortable, and the decor felt brand new. The patio doors open out directly onto the outdoor pool, which is 1. am deep and about him long. Fast WiFi. Near the central festival and a 10 minute walk to 711 on the main Chiang Mai ring road. Unanswered for some of the staff members as they struggled to communicate a few things, especially when late at night, the staff started cleaning the floors with some extremely potent chemicals, which burned out the entire hotel, including our room. Despite the fact that it was advertised, there was no safe in the room, so I was a little concerned about security because one day after the room had been cleaned, the patio door was open. charged an additional 17 extra on top of the menu price for room service. Im happy to pay the fee, but it should be given up front. It was cool to have a pool am from my bed, but on the other side of the pool is the alfresco restaurant breakfast area, so its not very private unless you have the curtains closed. There is also some noise coming from the restaurant in the morning. The bathroom is good but there is very little space between the toilet and the wall, which makes it a little awkward, though worse because I had a broken ankle at the time.

I would heartily suggest this establishment. My husband and I reside in Chiang Mai, but we were forced to check into a hotel after a 12-hour power outage at our home. We were staying at Ae Lana and had a wonderful experience! Because we weren't staying for breakfast, they upgraded us to a superior room and reduced our costs. The bedroom was extremely comfy, the bathroom was tastefully designed, and the shower was enormous. The area is peaceful, and blackout drapes are present. Although it is not near the city center, if you have a scooter, it would be a pleasant place to return to after a busy day. Although they also had a fitness center, we didn't utilize it.

The hotel was very new and well designed overall. The room was lovely, not too big, but still equipped with many amenities. There was a small gym and swimming pool in the hotel. The receptionist was nice and friendly and easy to communicate with. Just a location that is quite far from the city center.

First stay at this hotel. Friendly, clean, comfortable basic hotel. TV channels all Thai. Breakfast is typical Eastern fare. Breakfast can by noisy with Chinese tour groups. very good location to/from Super Highway.

We can't change hotels because we already paid for 3 nights. New hotel. Service is very poor, can't communicate in English. The rooms are comfortable. Location is not centre. Breakfast was ok. Lift was very slow. Room hallways are narrow weird, some of them have stairs. Main problem they said you could put an extra bed in the room because we have 3 persons. What we found out is they squeeze the extra bed under the bed side lamp which is kind of stupid as when someone wakes up they knock on their head.

However, the hotel's location is not that convenient as it's not easy to find it. However, we find the room rate very reasonable. Staffs were friendly and helpful. However, breakfast had very few choices.

The premise is new and clean however the location is abit remote from the city centre and you have to take grab/uber to travel around. The staffs are helpful when you approach them, however it will be much better if they can be more proactive in assisting as there are not many hotel guests.

Hotel is newly renovated. Room is new and spacious. Swimming pool and a very small gym. Hotel staffs freindly and helpful. Location far from city centre, take about 15mins by taxi. Location 5 mins away by car to CentralFestival Chiangmai Shopping Centre.

We arrived and quickly found this hotel wasn't described correctly. We requested to cancel and rebooked a new hotel on the spot. The staff said no problem and I even paid them for the "free" hotel transfer as a good gesture since I didn't stay. Days later I learned they billed me for one night stay + fees. I don't see the where a hotel can get away with this practice. They can list the property in the most attractive manner and after arriving learning it's miss represented and they get rewarded by charging a night + fees. Where is there a governing body that holds these hotels to a standard. We make are vacation decisions off these listings.
