Very good hotel with spacious rooms, swimming pool and few meters from the beach. Very quiet if you have kids. Staff always polite and helpful. The cleaning staff do a great job. Booking for everything across the island at a reasonable price.

I am very happy to have been here and I hope to come back again. The Alina Hotel is an excellent hotel. All the staff are very friendly and attentive. They were very accommodating and did everything they could to make our stay the best. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and great for families. The pool was also very good. There is a convenience store in the lobby with snacks, beverages, and other items. Off-street parking is also available. Motorbike rental directly from the hotel was cheaper than other rental shops nearby.

The location is strategic and close to many shopping and restaurants. The room was big and the staff also very friendly.

I spent one night in a small chalet. Although the beach right in front of the alina isn't a fantastic beach, it's not awful for a quick dip. The alina is about a 100-meter walk from the night market food from the middle of the main street. That's why I chose the alina when I passed the town. I'm not certain if the food market is open every night or only on weekends because it was Saturday night, but I assume it is every night. The hotel is a bit worn, but it performs well. I wouldn't want to spend the entire holiday there.

Our stay was cut short because this hotel did not deliver on expectations. First, the benefits. The rooms were large. If you enjoy sun bathing, this is ideal for you. A fantastic location is also ideal if you're searching for a place with few children. Buffet breakfast at the expense of 150 baht across the street was a fair value for money. The cocktail next door was excellent at 100 baht! They blew my mum's head off haha! Let's move on to the drawbacks. We were on the third floor. I was traveling with my parents, who struggled, and I found it difficult in the heat to climb the stairs too! There is no beach at the end of White Sands Beach. There are no bars on the beach because there is no beach! We thought this was a youth hostel style hotel and it was very costly for what it was. After the first night, I was prepared to leave. We did move to another hotel on the shore with a pool and breakfast for less money later down the road that was cheaper on the shore and included breakfast. It all depends on your own personal preferences.
