•ทางวิลล่าไม่อนุญาตให้นำสัตว์เลี้ยงทุกชนิดเข้ามาภายในวิลล่า
•ไม่อนุญาตให้เล่นการพนัน หรือ นำสิ่งผิดกฎหมายเข้ามาภายในรีสอร์ท
•ไม่อนุญาตให้สูบบุหรี่ภายในห้องพัก หากฝ่าฝืนมีค่าปรับ 2,000 บาท
•ไม่อนุญาตให้ประกอบอาหาร และ รับประทานอาหาร หรือเครื่องดื่มภายในห้องพัก ห้ามรีดผ้าบนที่นอน มีโต๊ะรีดให้บริการ
•ไม่อนุญาตให้ส่งเสียงดัง หรือ ทำสิ่งที่เป็นการรบกวนผู้อื่น ขอสงวนสิทธิ์งดใช้เสียงตั้งแต่เวลา 22:00 น.- 08:00 น. (ตามกฎของชุมชน)
•วิลล่ามีเครื่องครัวให้บริการ เมื่อใช้บริการเสร็จต้องล้างทำความสะอาดคืน หากไม่สะดวกมีบริการทำความสะอาด 200-500 บาท
•หากลูกค้าลืมทรัพย์สินไว้ภายในวิลล่าหรือทรัพย์สินสูญหาย ทางวิลล่าจะไม่รับผิดชอบใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น
•ในกรณีที่ทรัพย์สินของทางวิลล่าเสียหายหรือสูญหาย ต้องชดเชยค่าเสียหายตามราคาทรัพย์สินนั้นๆ
•กรณีที่ท่านไม่เข้าพักตามที่กำหนด ทางรีสอร์ทจะถือเป็นการไม่เข้าพัก และท่านไม่สามารถขอรับเงินคืนได้
•กรณีลูกค้าต้องการเพิ่มผู้เข้าพักให้แจ้งล่วงหน้าก่อนเข้าพักอย่างน้อย 3 วัน
•กรณีที่ลูกค้าต้องการยกเลิกผู้เข้าพักเพิ่มให้แจ้งล่วงหน้า 3 วัน ก่อนวันเข้าพัก ถ้าไม่แจ้งทางวิลล่า ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนเงิน
•กรณีลูกค้า Check out เกินกว่าระยะเวลาที่ทางรีสอร์ทกำหนด ทางรีสอร์ทปรับเป็นชั่วโมง (ชั่วโมงละ 1,000 บาท)
•วิลล่าไม่มีนโยบายในการคืนเงินให้กับลูกค้าในทุกกรณี แต่ลูกค้าสามารถเลื่อนการเข้าพักได้ 1 ครั้ง โดยแจ้งล่วงหน้า 14 วัน ภายในระยะเวลา 6 เดือน นับจากวันที่เข้าพัก หากราคาห้องพักช่วงที่ลูกค้าเลื่อนเข้าพักสูงขึ้น ลูกค้าจะต้องชำระเงินส่วนต่างนั้นๆ

• The villa does not allow pets of any kind inside the villa.
• Gambling or bringing illegal things into the resort is not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. Failure to do so is subject to a fine of 2,000 baht.
•Not allowed to cook and eat. or drinks in the room Do not iron on the mattress. There is an ironing board available.
• Do not make noise or do anything that disturbs others. We reserve the right to refrain from using sound from 22:00 - 08:00 (according to the rules of the community).
• The villa is equipped with kitchen utensils. When the service is finished, it must be cleaned and returned. If it's not convenient, there is a cleaning service for 200-500 baht.
• If the customer leaves the property inside the villa or the property is lost. The villa will not be held liable.
• In the event that the property of the villa is damaged or lost. Must compensate for damages according to the price of that property
•In the event that you do not stay as specified. The resort will be regarded as a no-show. and you cannot request a refund.
•In case the customer wants to add more guests, please notify us at least 3 days in advance.
•In the event that the customer wants to cancel additional guests, please notify 3 days in advance of the check-in date. If not inform the villa reserves the right not to refund
• In the event that the customer checks out more than the time specified by the resort The resort is adjusted by the hour (1,000 baht per hour).
• The villa does not have a policy of refunding the customer in any case. But customers can postpone their stay 1 time by giving 14 days advance notice within 6 months from the date of stay. If the room price during the period of the customer's stay is higher The customer must pay the difference.
