Spacious room, nice staffs, 300m from Nana BTS Station and around 750m from Terminal 21 Mall. Very convenient. Will be more enjoyable if the shower have an upgrade.

I stayed at Ambassador Hotel for three nights. It was a nice and a very satisfied experience. We were very happy with the breakfast and the choices we had. The best part is all food were HALAL. The only negative was the next door who were talking very late at night with no respect to the other guests! But this is not the Management fault. I was planning on staying there again in the fourth week of December before my departure for USA.

Initially, my room had plumbing issues. But I notified the staff at the front desk, and they looked into it right away. Initially, the tub & sink drains were clogged, as well as the toilet not flushing properly. The front desk staff had maintenance look into it right away. I was not present as I had to leave for an appointment. When I returned in the evening, the sink & tub drain issues were resolved. I don't think the toilet issue was addressed. However, the following morning, when turning on the water for my shower, the whole bathroom floor immediately flooded! The back corner of the tub was gushing water like a waterfall, with the bathroom floor flooding quite quickly. Housekeeping was staged nearby, so I told the one young woman there, and she made sure to get someone on it. So my final shower, Wednesday morning, was perfect! No wet floor or clogged drain. I never requested to have the standard daily room cleaning, but the one housekeeper I dealt with during my stay was wonderful. She did not clean my room (as requested), but gave me the daily 2 bottles of water and made sure my bathroom floor was always mopped up (from day 1 & 2 incidents) and that I had fresh towels. She also made sure to give me fresh tea cups and left the rest alone (at my request). One huge frustration I had though was with the Indian group of men who were staying right next door to me. There must have been 10 of them who had rented several rooms on this floor. They were soooooo noisy. All hours of the night they were practically shouting in the hallway, going between each other's rooms, slamming door, speaking so loudly. It was quite frustrating. I dealt with it my first 2 nights and was going to ask to move rooms for my last night's stay there until I spoke to my regular housekeeper (who had been dealing with my bathroom issues). I mentioned how rude these men were, and she told me they were checking out that morning. Finally!!!! I hated them. They were so ***** rude and disrespectful. I told her to get my tub leak fixed, and I'll stay my last night in my current room. My last night there was better, thankfully. I never did report these rund men. However, my hand was on the phone receiver, ready to dial the front desk a few times on my second night. Another positive: yes, the internet was fast! I was working on a project at home that was taking forever to sync. Once I logged into my room, the project finished syncing by morning. Customer service was also outstanding.

We are Hindus Slam Company. Led. Doc. The inbound tour operator company recently on February 68, March 2023, we had a large group in the Ambassador Hotel. Even many times we gave this hotel to our respected guests and we always got very good feedback from clients. Especially the hotel staff are very polite and willing to serve you with a professional attitude. Most of the time my contact is sales shun. Jakkapong and is. Nadia both are very helpful.

Traditional hotel with no real comforts, but a very nice staff, good room sizes, and friendly staff. I would suggest staying in the tower wing because of the large hotel complex. Due and Haven for allowing me to use the pool after I checked out to spend some time before heading to the airport.

Hotel ini sangat strategis dan dekat dengan stasiun MRT. Cukup jalan kaki untuk menuju hotel. Harganya cukup murah dengan memesan melalui aplikasi tetapi jangan berharap banyak, kondisi hotel cukup tua tetapi terawat, kamarnya cukup luas untuk keluarga dengan dua anak kecil. Di depan hotel-hostel banyak penjual makanan jadi tidak perlu khawatir kelaparan, juga banyak penjual cindera mata.

A traditional hotel with little of the latest modern conveniences, but a large room with helpful and attentive staff. I would highly recommend staying at the tower wing because the hotel complex is quite large. I was glad due and hasn allowed me to use the pool after checking out to make a few extra hours before leaving for the airport.

We had a good time. This is an incredibly ordinary hotel that does not earn more than three stars. I say this because the rooms are a little small and the different floors and rooms could use an update and general sprucing. The lobby area is big and roomy. Checking was easy, although if you arrive before 1400, they may not have a room ready. Rooms are a little smallish. The beds are comfy and Thai solid. Thailand isnt for you if you like very soft beds. There is an excellent safe in the room, the air conditioning is great, and theres teaming amenities. Towels might be a little less in line with the necessity for upgrading. The main restaurant and cafe have excellent food. They have a sumptuous breakfast with options from western, indian, and Thai options. If you dont want to stay at home, there are plenty of restaurants close. On-site are a nice big hot pool and a gym with Thai boxing rings. Numerous Bangkok sights are close to the hotel. There are a number of tailors shops near the lobby if you want a bespoke suit or shirt.

Pengalaman menginap kali ini merupakan pengalaman pertama saya di Thailand. Kami memilih salah satu hotel yang ditunjuk oleh-oleh travel kami. Untuk kamarnya memiliki suasana yang nyaman dan juga kondisinya bersih. Saya memesan layanan pijat dengan menekan nomor yang ada di telepon, namun setelah proses pijat selesai, harganya cukup mahal yaitu 650 ribu rupiah per jam. Saat itu saya merasa lelah karena perjalanan dari Indonesia ke Thailand, jadi saya memesan layanan Pijat dengan harga yang sangat mahal yaitu Rp. 650. 00 Per Bath, jika di rapihkan harganya sekitar 650.00 IDR.
