The hotel has a very good attitude towards cleaning, and the rooms are not too expensive. The front desk is average. Although the decoration is standard, the room is immaculate.

This place is a very pleasant and relaxing place. If you have motobike or car, you can avoid the crowds and noisy patong. And you may reach the bustling nightlife in 15 minutes by motorcycle. It has calming pool that is cool and soothing. Very polite and friendly staff. Thank you.

There was plenty of room for two people in the room, which had two double beds. The complimentary instant coffees each morning made our poolside patio a pleasant surprise. We received assistance from the desk staff in english. Everything was neat and spotless. A fantastic location to escape the hustle and bustle of the old town or beachside. Good restaurants and opulent convenience stores are close by. In the morning, there are numerous china tour buses available.

Very good rooms, cleaned all the time. The staff are very polite and friendly. Spacious rooms. Within walking distance of prince of sonkla university. Convenience stores are nearby. Kept all necessary toiletries.

The service we received at areca resort was excellent, the room was spacious and clean, there was a great view from the balcony to the pool, and it was conveniently located for our needs. This was my first trip to Thailand, but thanks to Arecas staff, it wont be my last.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Generally, its also quiet, but any moved furniture like chairs makes a lot of noise. Cotton pads on their legs might help. The hotel is generally nice, although i didnt hear any noise during my stay, it wasnt completely operational yet. There is onsite gym which is accessible 24 hours if viewed from the outside. Gym equipment is limited but very good. A pool is also available, however there are only fewer sun loungers around. Although the location is somewhat far from everything, there is nothing wrong with it. Overall, ive enjoyed the place and wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

A very nice apartment hotel in katu. The owners live there and each year they make their hotel more boutique and beautiful. Having an eye for detail. Great thai kitchen and delicious farang food. Own parking. Swimming pool wasnt used much, mostly by us, but cleaned at least twice a day. Lots of flowers and plants, fish and turtles in small ponds on the patio, like calming park near busy road to patong. Spa is small but top, you have to order in advance, then top therapists come to treat you. Just outside are little food shops for students with great food for hardly money (best spaghetti from ten years ago from italy.

Very nice rooms. We ended up staying another night in a different room which was just as nice. Clean, bright and comfortable with tv area to relax. Decent breakfast at the cafe with good coffee. The pool is beautiful. Hot water shower worked perfectly. However, the main lobby and the new building are still under construction so you might be surprised when you first check in.

This resort was recommended by our friends because it was my first time visiting thailand. The staff informed us that they had just undergone a major renovation and included numerous amenities. Its incredibly lovely in the lobby, and the room has realisms that are both contemporary and classic. They use utmost comfort in their twin bed, which is kingsized. Finally, everyone can enjoy the new swimming pool.

The hotel, and especially the staff, are simply amazing! We were immediately made to feel very welcome there. The rooms were immaculate and wellkept, as was the rest of the hotel. Many employees were always available for advice and assistance in thailand. We felt at ease because they were constantly greeting us with a smile. Additionally, we can suggest the restaurant. Breakfast was quite filling. Without denying, well return!.

I was hesitant to reserve this hotel because i couldnt find many reviews, but ive booked with calculate risk and stayed with my family in November 2022 and was very happy with our stay. The hotel is located in the town and in a good location so its not for people looking near the beach. Hotel staff were polite with daily cleaning. Property is being renovated and may take some months but once finished it will be rated as if it were remodeled it would be 4 despite no disturbance as such. There are plenty of restaurants and family stores nearby. They currently dont have ects full restaurants but run b&b where breakfast is served. Large rooms and cant ask for more.

This was a really lovely place to stay. They kept my room clean all the time. Just keep in mind that many of these places are low on staff due to covid. If you are the type of person who always needs room service this isnt the place for you. But youre the kind who relax and dont have much need other than the basics. Youll love this place. Probably my favorite place in thailand, especially for the price i got.

The hotel is affordable and located in a popular town far from the sea. Others are comparable. After all, the price doesnt require too much space and the room is relatively large.

The hotel is located 2 kilometers from the center of thailand. The atmosphere is peaceful and comfortable. We borrowed motorcycles to explore the island. It takes 10 minutes by motorcycle to leave frog night market, 35 minutes to go to rawai beach, and 35 hours to get to patong.

The hotel is very nice. Although its not a buffetstyle breakfast, it tastes really good. I highly recommend the G and F packages. The room is clean and the attitude is quite kind.

This place has a good location, close to the center of pulauwatu andandamanda water park. The breakfast is not good. Its new and clean. There are many restaurants around by foot. Very quiet with tasty swimming pool.

I would recommend this hotel to foreigners. Amazing place to unwind with your family. Although some areas on the campus are still under construction, it shouldnt detract from your enjoyment. Everything went as planned, from checkin to checkout. The staff was courteous and friendly.

I will be back here soon because it was my first time visiting thailand with my family. This lovely hotel is close to the town and can be reached by taxi in about 15 minutes at night. I had a great time in the pool, which i stayed in deluxe pool access.
