Hotel ini sangat bagus, ada transportasi perahu dan feri di dekatnya. Kamar-kamarnya memiliki dapur lengkap, teras, dan fasilitas binatu. Di lantai 5 terdapat kolam renang, taman yang nyaman, gym, pojok anak-anak, dan ruang cuci umum. Wi-Fi hanya berfungsi sebentar dan terkadang bahkan berhenti. Pembersihan kamar dilakukan setiap hari.

The hotel is in a great location with many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff is amazing. The room is great and clean, with a kitchen microwave and fridge. The balcony has a washing machine as said. The bathroom has a bath jacuzzi and a separate shower. Basics are provided. The bed is large and comfortable with air conditioning and a tv facing bed. The living room has a large tv too.

Staf di loket sangat antusias tetapi kurang terlatih, dan sebagian besar informasi yang mereka berikan salah. AC di kamar bocor air, TV rusak dan tidak bisa menonton. Kamarnya besar tapi detailnya kurang bagus, tapi lantai atas memiliki pemandangan yang bagus. Tidak ada kunci anti maling di pintu, yang kurang meyakinkan.

We spent 5 days and 4 nights at aria ivy. Hotel service was excellent. We were welcomed by a kind doorman who helped carry our luggage when we first arrived. The front desk quickly obtained the keys and we were able to settle in. Pros and cons can be found below. The hotel staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Our rooms only had two pillows, but I was traveling with a friend and we each slept with two pillows. When we requested additional cushions from the front desk, they promptly sent them to our room. The front desk looked up the location name in Thai for the taxi and wrote it out for the taxi driver and saluted our taxi. Last but not least, they were quite helpful when I needed money change. By helping me change my bigger bills, it allowed me to buy street food and reward those who offered outstanding service. The location is excellent. At first, we thought we were far from anything, but when we got there we saw new restaurants and bars near the hotel. Everything is close to the hotel. There are also motorbikes that will transport you there. We never saw our housekeeper but she washed our dishes. Very clean room with excellent housekeeping. As said, there is a laundry machine on the balcony of the room, and there is a drying rack on the terrace. We don't want to fear small bugs, just wash the drain for an hour. But
