Clean and open double room with AC unit and pretty comfortable bed. Staff was very helpful and the manager even woke up at 3 am to make sure we found the transport to the airport that she scheduled for us. Would highly recommend.

This hotel was perfect for our 3 night stopover, we had a free breakfast every morning so we couldn't complain about it! The only thing was that we were on the top floor and there was no elevator, so try getting a room on a lower floor, the room was pristine and well decorated!

When we came to Ko Santos, my wife and I passed through pocket, which meant we only spent one night in the pocket town. We decided on a cheap spot to stay as our primary criteria, but we thought the description of the climbing walls was intriguing, so we gave art house a try. We were so ecstatic we did! Mimi, who I believe is mentioned in many of the reviews on this website correctly so is the real gem of the place. She gave us such a warm welcome and did everything in her power to keep our travels going, starting with printing out our ferry ticket and booking us a taxi for the next day. She even taught us Thai idioms during breakfast and gave us an old phrasebook when she saw we were eager to learn. The room itself was tidy and had some lovely decorating touches. Sadly, we went on the night when the climbing gym wasnt open, but we were free to get out and about in the mouldering area. I can only imagine how enjoyable the place would have been.

We came to this hotel by chance and I'm in love with it! The place is unique and the most important thing is the staff! The lady in reception took our heart! She is very helpful and helpful for sightseeing! Come here and get a cheap breakfast!

We had a great time here with my young daughter. Mimi, one of the receptionists, was what made our stay exceptional. She is a beautiful person, a pleasure to talk with, caring, and goes above and beyond. The location was excellent, conveniently located near numerous markets, stores, attractions, and more. The room was clean, functional, and pretty stylish. Because we are climbers, I loved that I had to pay just 100 b to have a guy kill me on their climbing wall as much as I wanted because we had our gear. The climbing wall setup looks safe and well-managed to me, and the guy responded well when I pointed out a worn rope, and replacing it immediately with a safe rope. This location is strongly advised.

The location is fine, however it is difficult to find a restaurant after 630 in the evening. Maybe it's down season. The room is not terrible. The staff is friendly. The traditional restaurant Mee Ton Poe serves a good Thai cuisine. It is written in Thai, so you can see the image.

We had the private room. Comfortable bed. Room as clean and the lady lookong agter us was so lovely and friendly. Good location. 5 min walk from main market street and 7 11 next door
