Stay here for 3 nights. Hotel is old but the room is well renovated and provides almost everything such as aircon wifi for twin bedroom and very close to train station and walking distance to some local bars. So why stay at this hostel?

The atmosphere here was very uncomfy. They clean the pool area, and the windows in the bedroom were rotten and had no nets for guests to enter. The beds were hard. The staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. The windows in the room were dirty and there were no nets, plus, I got the bed that was very hard and the hotel looks outdated.

We were coming back to stay here for the second time. The room was clean and the hotel had a pool. It was simple to get food around the hotel or hang around the local bars. Don't forget to ask the front desk if you need a bathtub in your room because for the second time there was no bathtub in our room the first time we had it and the same price.

I would recommend this to travelers who prefer a guesthouse to a hostel. When we made the online reservation, I was given a tutu, unaware that the hotel was on the opposite side of the river from the city's major business. The hotel is located just a short, gentle walk down a main thoroughfare into the city. We are two friends who are girls traveling together, we frequently walked into the city to get around the clock and felt secure. If you don't want to remain in a hostel, the motel offers excellent value. The room is quite standard but spacious. Rooms include air conditioning, a private bathroom, and closet-drawn wardrobe. The only drawback is that the bed is very hard and that the next-by train station starts to make announcements over a speaker. The hotel has a very clean pool area, and it is also spotless but extremely cold! The restaurant provided excellent value for the money with excellent food. Although the hotel's personnel speaks very limited English, they are always cheerful and eager to say hello. Fresh sheets, toilet paper, and clean towels were brought to the housekeeping each day.

Good choice near the Chiang Mai Station, it’s about 200m from the Station. Nice Staff, Inexpensive but all the facilities you need, Bed and shower room ware so clean, no bugs bite. Free two btls water, many local restaurants around. I would stay here again.
