The room was very spacious and very clean. The staff were friendly and efficient. This hotel is located in a pleasant neighborhood with many shops and restaurants. I will be back there next time i need to stay in an hotel in bangkok.

The host is very friendly and kind. Very nice to stay here. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the property is well maintained. We were treated to a delicious thai breakfast and the staff was very attentive. Great rooms with modern tv and air conditioning. Close to everything you need. This is the best place to be in bangkok.

I would strongly suggest and return! This location is a true hidden gem! I had originally reserved another hotel, but when i got there, ill cancel because it was utter chaos. August residence was close to where ive intended to be, so despite having very low expectations, we headed straight there. To say that he was pleasant surprised is to say nothing of how lovely the hotel was from the moment yelled at me. The property immediately felt safe, quiet, and very wellrun. With squeaky bed, the room was spacious, immaculately clean, charming, with friendly and efficient hosts. Bts, Emsphere, 7/11, restaurants, shopping, etc. are all easily accessible from this location, which is about ten to fifteen minutes walk from main ukhumvit road. I stayed at august residence for three nights, who was fantastic.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice with new facilities and nice linen and beds. Breakfast was included which was delicious. A bit far from attractions but in a nice quieter suburb that wasnt noisy. Great hotel!.

The only drawback is that it takes a 10-15minute walk to get to the bts station. Very small hotel, warm staff who are pleasant to talk to. They take your time and make you feel at home. Its quiet. I was very happy to have been here with my girlfriend.

This hotel is ideal for people traveling for business. We had a great time during our stay. It is essentially symphonic, reminiscent of rembrandt hotels previous stays. The shower was excellent, and the room was immaculate. There was barely any water in the shower when we had previously stayed there. Water was incredibly complimentary to us. Sam at reception created he tour plan that was customized for us with all the details about the events, costs, schedule, etc. He had two printouts ready so we could take it and use it all day. Room service quickly delivered anything we needed to our room. If you prefer an omelet and coffeestyle meal, this location is perfect for you because they serve both american and thai breakfast. Although not luxurious, breakfast is adequate for those who prefer wholesome food and continue on. One drawback is the air conditioning in our apartment. Because the ace blower was placed so close to one of the beds, it was perfectly placed. Everything else was fantastic, therefore i would stay here again the next time ive visit bangkok.

Additionally, ive got dietary restrictions (vegetarian) and they made every effort to feed me supper with nauseous vegetarian dishes every morning (of course, Thai food, delicious! The rooms were spotlessly clean, with nice linens, mattresses, decent but basic furniture. This location had more of tastier of an independent bed and breakfast experience than if it were based on ubud, which is full of tourists and businesses. Every time ill visit bangkok again, im definitely staying here!.
