This property is nice for a stopover in Maui Hong Son, but it may be away from the city center so better if you have your own transport. The rooms were ok and modern, but there was no furniture on the large balcony, which seems odd why I put the balcony in unless I expect people to use it. There is no restaurant, which is acceptable, and there is no breakfast, which is odd given the type of hotel. The staff was a bit bureaucratic, but it was pleasant enough. Not much personality to the place, but it appeared better than the town center options we saw.

Check in time was on March 5, and the day receptionist lady who check us in was very polite, and she deserves credit for arranging a scooter rental for me. The room size was good and the location was very near to the main town. However, I was a little disappointed that a hotel as such could not provide an additional pillow when requested. To do so, I had to roll up the bath towel with the existing pillow.

The hotel is a little outside the town center. 1012 minutes on foot, may be a little tricky if you don't drive. The administration pictures certainly do not accurately depict the actual state of things inch. Swimming pool area and actual rooms. The room itself was spacious enough and functional, but some things, to put it mildly, left us unsurprised. First of all, there is no proper bathroom, instead there are two microscopic spaces designated on the side of the shower room toilet sinks inside the room! Pillows are really hard and difficult to sleep on, no hot water while showering is only lukewarm at best. Next, the walls were full of various stains, the bulkhead area where the sitcom unit was located was all damp, plaster hanging in places, ready to peel off at any time. The luggage space was insufficient, so it was impossible to spread anything down there, which was a shame. Finally, due to an unknown reason, there are no chairs or tables on the patio, which once again proved to be a waste of space. On a positive note, the reception staff was always very helpful and positive. Since there weren't many people hanging around at the time, we liked the vicinity of the swimming pool. Both the air conditioning and the small refrigerator safe box both functioned well. A strong wifi signal across the room and is a good size
