It is very cheap. Breakfast was included in my reservation. I slept well. There were some amenities. It is a strategy to rent older properties for affordable lodging, so choose wisely because the choice is large. This one is suitable for the price. More mae rim than Chiang Mai. You can look up it's location on maps before complaining that the location is inconvenient. The receptionist was polite. It has a pool, but I didn't use it. The parking attendant was helpful. Everything for 500 and some Baht.

The hotel facilities say they have fitness facilities and the hotel area has the fitness sign but it's not on the fitness list. Swimming pool is very dirty and green. Phone in the room is broken. But breakfast is ok for the cheap hotel.
