位處在地人生活的社區, 與一般遊客區的感受截然不同, 而交通亦相當方便, 步行可到BTS站及中央碼頭, 要到各個旅遊熱點無難度。房東人很好, 即使在安排預訂時出了問題, 亦會主動聯絡協商去解決問題, 並會持續與客人保持溝通, 直至客人完成住宿為止, 以確保一切妥當。十分推薦給想體驗曼谷在地生活的旅客們。

The hotel is tucked away on soi 65 off charge kung road, but it's a hidden gem. Rooms tastefully decorated and with private showers and kitchen units in mine. Frank the owner is a really great guy, approachable and helpful. The it's at orphan takin is a 10-15 minutes walk along charge kung, but it's simple to do. No problem with noise at night and electronic key fobs can enter and exit at any hour of the day or night. There are some temples in the area, as well as some nice small restaurants and plenty of street food if you want to cut costs and enjoy real Thai cuisine. Boats to the grand palace and what pho depart from next to the it's station at orphan takin. Not sure if I should advertise barn 192 too much as it is already popular with guests and I want to go back sometime.

This will always be my home base in Bangkok. Frank is a wonderful host and building and the apartments are full of light and fresh. always comfortable. Every room has a little kitchenette. Busses are 200 m away and the next station is a 10 minute walk away.

I stayed here for only three nights, wish I could have stayed longer because the place is spotless and clean, near local restaurants and well-budgeted. The owner Frank is a great swimming enthusiast who is always ready to assist and not thinking about money, best wishes for the future.

I really enjoyed it, its close to the station, Silo line and the Pier, the owner is very kind and the area is quiet. There is a laundry area on the terrace with tropical plants, the room design is scandinavian minimal. The perfect studio apartment in Bangkok.

It is my home base in Bangkok in a typical Bangkok neighborhood, near public transportation. Shops and good restaurants nearby. The closest is Orphans takin min away. Buses and ferries are closed.

The room is clean, and specious. The in-room facilities are sufficient enough. Its neighborhood looks safe, and is quiet enough for good rest and sleep. Its location is also nice. You can go various places in Bangkok from the nearest BTS train station which you can reach in 15 minutes walk. There are a lot of shops and restaurants near the train station. I recommend this hotel highly to whom like inexpensive and comfortable room, and good location for the city exploring.
