- Check out 11:00 AM
- Not suitable for children (2-12 years) and pets - seniors could stay and have priority, if it's possible, we will let you know, or check out our "L" cottages more families oriented ( please send us message if you have any question, we’ll respond as soon as possible )
- No smoking, parties, or events, after 9:00 PM please respect the neighbor
- Compulsory check out cleaning is 1,000 THB
Mandatory week house cleaning is charged 600 bahts on departure.
electricity is charged 8b/kwh
water is charged 40b/ night
- Arrival time must be mentioned ( we’re not a hotel with 24 hours check in service )
- Base occupancy is 2 guests (1 bedroom is available) if the second bedroom is needed,
Additional charged is 400 THB /night.
- Kids are not allow in H1 and H2
- Family with kids please book L1 – L4 only
- Swimming Pool available from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Extra topper mattress is charge 100 THB per day
- Baby cot is charge 100 THB per day
- Amenity limitations - soap and shampoo supplied only for 2/3 nights stay.
- Plastic mattress protection is mandatory ( not furnished )
Mattress damages will be charge 3,000 THB ( pee of the kids and any damages )
- All activities are bookable from the cottage management ( Tour, Rental, Taxi and etc. )
