The resort provided excellent service! The staff was courteous and courteous. They assisted us in carrying our luggage to our rooms when we arrived. The breakfast was excellent, with a fantastic view and excellent service from ashish and shurbi. I wholeheartedly recommend the resort!.

Suasananya tenang dan cocok untuk yang tidak suka keramaian. Staf pelayanannya sangat baik. Bersih dan rapi. Ada shuttle bus yang berangkat dari akomodasi sampai di depan lobi dan turun ke akomodasi dari lobi.

The restaurant and room have a beautiful view. Its great for unwinding, but without transportation, you are stuck in the hotel because it is on a hill and main street is not accessible on foot. Service can occasionally be more professional, the english of the receptionist is not great and very friendly. Sunny in the restaurant is a delight, smiles and is very welcoming! The golf cart service is greatly appreciated. Expect little details and new features because it is three stars. Some bathroom tiles are broken, bedside lamps are broken or unstable, wifi is unstable.

Wow, what a stunning setting and resort, the angel wings and stairway to heaven are perfectly suited for a place with such a spiritual feel and wonderful healing energy. The variety of rooms and villas makes it very easy to find your perfect place.

Hotel yang bagus dengan pemandangan yang mengesankan, dua kolam renang, kamar berbentuk bungalow yang terletak di antara taman pohon yang mewah dengan kolam renang dan pemandangan laut yang luar biasa, staf yang sangat perhatian dan layanan sarapan prasmanan yang lebih dari dapat diterima. Hotel ini tidak memiliki pantai di dekatnya, tetapi mereka menawarkan minibus untuk para tamu yang membawa mereka ke hotel lain yang memang memiliki pantai.

Hotelnya bagus. Kekurangannya hanya kamarnya yang perlu sedikit diperbaiki dan banyak perbaikan. Selain itu, perlu adanya bus antar-jemput atau bus ke pantai di siang hari. Jika tidak, resor yang bagus (harga atau kualitas besar 8,5).

My family visited Ban Hin Sai to visit Thailand following quarantine rules. The staff is very kind and the family was so attentive to us. For example, by creating a secure entrance to the ocean from the rocks. I really appreciate that they make the pool space big, well designed and meticulously cleaned. There is a lovely restaurant with a view of the majestic horizon. Unfortunately, the food selection here is very limited, so I wish them to keep it better.

This place is highly recommended! Set in a stunning jungle bungalowstyle resort with ocean views. We stayed in a standard double room with air conditioning, a super large double bed, a balcony, and nice bathroom facilities. Breakfast is included, and the pool and staff are all friendly. The staff will help you arrange anything you need, we were able to rent a motorbike through them, helped us book ferry tickets, and arranged a shuttle bus for us. Such a lovely stay!.

They really go above and beyond wherever they can. Lovely staff all around, cleaning, reception, restaurant, maintenance. Really boosted my faith in the human race how lovely these people are, it pays to know a little bit of thai too of course. I am currently staying here with my dad training, we have extended our stay 3 times so far i think i could die here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the resort, and i must say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The seafacing villas with pools are very impressive. Every staff member i encountered was friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Surbhi and Janvi, in particular, were very sweet and helpful. Good luck girls. Finally, the hotels location was perfect. Situated in a serene and picturesque setting, it offered breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere.

This is the best place to stay in kosa mui! We have stayed in about 5 different hotels until we found this resort and mentioned it there. The staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful. I am walking with crutches due to a water accident and the staff took so much care that i got a room without too many stairs. The resort has a shuttle service to a beautiful beach with beach chairs included several times a day. It has a shuttle service between the restaurant and the 2 pools. Both pools are very clean and comfortable. One pool is next to the sea and the other up on the hill. The way is easy to walk even with crutches. You dont need to be sporty here and worst case there is always a driver for you there. The price of the room is great. The included breakfast was amazing, a mix of local, european, and usamerican. We had the best curry there. The rooms are very beautiful and clean. The beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend this place and my fiance and i had a great time!.

The bathroom could be updated, and the room is pleasant. This is ideal if you wish to stay at the resort, although i would advise not eating there for supper. The pool is pleasant and almost always shaded!.

So far, everything is very nice, we are very satisfied, the staff are very polite and professional. The location is beautiful, it has tow infiniti pools, one with a forwst view and one with a view of the ocean. Has the best spa in koh samui!.

Kami menginap di sini selama seminggu. Pemandangannya indah, lokasi hotel yang nyaman di antara dua pantai Lamai dan Chaweng. Hotel itu sendiri tidak memiliki pantai, menghadap ke pantai dengan batu. Daerahnya seperti labirin, sekali Anda mencobanya Anda tidak akan ingat di mana nomor Anda berada. Namun, mereka membawa kereta golf di sekitar area tersebut, jadi sangat nyaman. Staf yang baik dan bermanfaat. Ada juga bus dari mereka ke laut, tapi kami naik sepeda. Kamar memiliki furniture kayu solid tua, stop kontak kurang (hanya 2 dan di tempat asing). Nyamuk juga ada, harus beli fumigator. Kolamnya indah, tapi kalau malam airnya sejuk, lama-lama kami tidak bisa berenang. Sarapannya enak. Mereka menawarkan pilihan telur, sayuran, buah-buahan, roti panggang, croissant, dll menurut klasik.

At the time of booking, I stayed for three nights in this hotel, and everything was clearly explained to me. Minibus driver met me at the airport and brought me to the hotel, he also got a free room upgrade with sea views, the room was very huge and had a beautiful view of the ocean, and the staff was very friendly. I would stay here again without any problem.

Staf yang sangat baik. Bangunannya agak tua, tetapi dikelilingi oleh tanaman hijau dengan pemandangan yang indah. Kamar dan kamar mandinya besar, mungkin perlu modernisasi. Restoran yang bagus. Termasuk layanan antar-jemput ke Pantai Lamai. Transportasi ke kamar selalu tersedia dengan kereta golf.

However, the rooms may benefit from renovations, and the pool and restaurant facilities provided an exceptional experience. The level of service provided was commendable. However, it is worth noting that renting a bike or car is necessary, and walking is required for some activities.
