Had a very pleasant stay at Ban Por Jai. Everything in the room was great and the location was excellent near the beach and a lot of restaurants. Friendly staff, Sata who was working in the evening was very helpful whenever anything needed to be fixed. Will stay here again whenever I return

My friends were looking for an easy comfortable, simple place to start their visit to Oh Santos, and this place was ideal. They only had one night, then it was fully booked, so they moved, and if needed, we will come back. The nice man also took us in his car with all of our luggage to our next hotel. Very kind.

I was a little let down by barn por jai. My wife and I stayed at barn por jai for one night and were given a room on the second level. It was simple, clean, and useful. The ensure bathroom was fine. However, the room felt a little tired, with strange smells at times and lacks natural light. WiFi was bad. I missed this tiny thing that I had experienced in many other places in Thailand at this price range before, and we have visited many! There is a boiler in the room, but no coffee or tea. Bring your supplies there is a 711. Language barriers are a bit awkward at check-in, but not too much inconvenience for simple check-in shifting to the room. Generally, a good overnight stay. But, my wife and I decided to move to another location on our second night in Oh Santa.

This place offers excellent value. The room is quiet and very helpful, it's safe, and has a great balcony where you can sit and talk with your neighbors. It takes 8 minutes to walk to the beach from the resort next door. The fat monkey is a really good and cheaper place.

This was the first hotel we stayed in Thailand. It's in a narrow road so there's no traffic noise and it's like no one is living there, you hear nothing! Inside so organized and practical, there is a comfortable bed, a safe, an open closet, a mini fridge, and you can boil water for coffee etc. The bathroom is small and clean as the towels! A lovely smiley lady cleaned the room every day, so it felt nice and fresh. Fresh water bottles every day. The owner is also kind and helpful. It's close to the beach and pretty much everything on a scooter. The owner has cats in the neighborhood, so they are well treated and happy. In the morning, you listen to the nearby Muslim church, which also gives a peaceful feeling. The balcony is so great to sit and relax, so satisfied we really recommend this hotel. If we come back to Ko San Santa, we would be happy to stay there.

They treated us well. The hotel is clean and well-located. The nurse is kind and the location is amazing. One of the best hotels in Asia and the cheap prices.
