This tiny hotel is very nice and has a beautiful garden. Its hidden in tiny street, but getting out of town into the peaceful garden is relaxing. Perfect for small children and the host is lovely with kids. The beds are ok but too hard for us, maybe thats just personal preference.

Its suitable for a family. Because if you go as tuxedo, you will sleep in confined rooms. And the large room will be primarily occupied by families, especially crowded with children. I can only sleep because the upper floor has wooden floors. The room is not soundproof. Whether its downstairs or the room next to mine is crampeted and makes me unable to sleep well. Good atmosphere, sweeping garden, and playground.

We stayed for 2 nights in march 2023. Its a small boutique hotel (homestay) that has been developed using an old traditional thai house. The house is not soundproof, has few modern amenities and is run by staff with limited or no professional training. Centrally located which is ot he great benefit of it but there isnt much to write home about. We are not cat people so it was annoying to have cats follow you around and enter the room as you open the door to enter or exit. Overall it can be ok for 0 nights, but i would not recommend this place for longer stays. If you work on etiquette, its definitely good value for money.

Would undoubtedly return. I adored this location. Very basic, traditional thai room. The floor mattress was quite cozy, but maybe not for everyones taste. Although the room has air conditioning in the heart of the city, it does have a lovely, spacious garden. There is free parking adjacent to the property.

A charming little homestay. I recorded a brief video, but i am unable to upload it. A very traditional thai house with sanitizing gardens. There is onsite play area for children, including taverns. Ideal for families with young children. Minibus station is only 2.2 minutes away from this place.

I will most certainly return. I am thai, first of all. This location appears to have been remodeled from an old house. There are only seven rooms available. It gives the impression that you are staying in your own home, at least for tahoese. They gave me the keys to the entrance door, the front gate, and the parking lot. All of these are just $24 for small rooms and $29 for large ones. The staff was really friendly. Clean and welldecorated room. However, there was some water leak in the bathroom. Overall, this location is worth the price.

This home is very cute. The location is in the middle of yutthaya city, but inside the gate you feel like youre in another country. Our family of five stayed in a family suite and had our own bathroom / shower. Nice and ample breakfast considering the low price. Would definitely come back.

The room is fine. The windows dont close properly, so mosquitoes and other insects can easily get in and the bed is not covered by a net. So be careful not to be too sensitive. Overall good place but try to book directly. Very helpful and friendly housekeeper! She takes care of everything and even rented us her own scooter and helped arrange i t transfer to bangkok!.

The bandb is really beautiful, with a large courtyard and tavern 711 within 5 minutes of walking distance. There is s market on the right side which is very convenient. It is also very easy to go to scenic places.

The room was very well equipped, with a hot shower, fridge, kettle, comfortable bed, and i also liked the large garden. The breakfast was delicious. 3 minutes from the bus station over the canal, plus easy walk to historical areas or markets, bars, restaurants, etc. Thank you!.

The location is great and very quiet. And then, the place is very peaceful and beautiful. After that, my girlfriend got a vegetarian breakfast from her friend. Subsequently, they provide free bike. Thereafter, this place close to the temples.

We stayed at the Tiew khao and the luang suan room. Its a very cute and warm place, like being at home. The staff are very kind. Parking is available. Location is very good near the Chao prome market.
