Please note that speedboat transfer from Bangrong Pier is available between 7.30 am - 4.30 pm.
The name on the credit card used to make the reservation must match the name of the guest staying at the resort. The physical credit card must be presented at check-in for verification. If the card cannot be presented, the property may request an alternative form of payment.

On December 31, 2026, the resort will host a special New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner featuring Thai and international dishes, live entertainment, a fireworks display, and a countdown celebration.

The gala dinner is included in the room rate for two persons for reservations made during this period. Additional guests will be charged separately for the New Year’s Eve event as follows:
- Adult: THB 2,000 per person
- Child (8-11 years old): THB 1,200 per person
- Child (0-7 years old): Free of charge

Any applicable fees will be collected upon check-in.

A complimentary roundtrip transfer service is available from May 1, 2026 to October 31, 2026 as part of a promotional offer. This service operates only between the resort and Chong Lard Pier. Please contact the hotel at least 24 hours in advance to reserve your seat. The service is subject to availability.
Shuttle service is available upon request. Please contact the hotel in advance to make a reservation. Transportation to and from Phuket and Krabi areas can be arranged for an additional fee.
