This place is absolutely amazing. The air conditioning works perfectly, it is at 40 degrees at the time we are staying, and the room is quite cozy. Its a truly remarkable experience. There has been exceptional hospitality, as well as the lovely courtyard filled with lovely plants and birds. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

This place is nice, clean, comfortable and has a great host. Kittiya can give you all kinds of tips. There is n night market in the neighborhood with delicious food for dinner. One of the best picks for my 6 week trip around south eastasia.

This place is highly recommended! My stay at this hotel was flawless. Its incredibly peaceful and conveniently located near a night market and ancient temples. The staff was helpful with everything i needed, and the rooms were clean.

The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk from the street market and 10 minutes stroll from ancient city. The room is clean and spacious with a large communal area. Breakfast is delicious. Kittiya is very helpful e. G., planning saturday trips, giving directions, and being very informative about the ancient capital.

Ban bonchu homestays offer a peaceful and serene atmosphere, ideal for unwinding. It is conveniently located near several historic sites, making it an ideal place to stay. We had a great time there. Its conveniently located near the night market and surrounded by several attractions, making it peaceful, spotless, and adorable. There are only fewer rooms accessible from the second floor, each with tiniest patio. The atmosphere is quite cozy. Superb owner!.

Thank you, auntie kittiya and her staff, for the excellent service. The place is clean, well maintained, comfortable and feels like home, especially with the greenery and of course, kimchi, the beagle who loves seeing plastic bags as if it means food. Bed and blanket are so comfortable that i wish we stayed longer than one night. Old town is within walking distance and is easily accessible via grab, taxi, motorbikes and boats. If you travel by train to ayutthaya, you can just walk to the affthonga train station to cross the river and then ban boonchu is only ten meters away. Thankyou. I hope to come back here soon.

We decided to stay an extra night because we loved this place so much! Having retained their traditional wooden paneling, the rooms are impeccably clean, cozy, and exquisite. The beds in particular are exceptionally comfortable. All the women who work here are incredibly kind and accommodating, with coffee and a delicious snack available each morning. Its location is excellent, being close to several fantastic restaurants, markets, as well as the historic park. I would gladly return!.

Our stay at ban boonchu was truly remarkable. The room exceeded our expectations in terms of spaciousness and cleanliness, ensuring a comfortable stay.
